I noticed Cracks running in a stepdown pattern through the mortar joints of my brick home. they appeared in several locations around the home. I got quotes from four nearby foundation repair companies that had good star ratings. All four inspected and warned that, although in good condition now, foreseeable crawlspace deterioration was eminent along with the separate condition of foundation failure. My personal inspection cemented their warnings. two structurally devastating issues, both carrying hefty financial burden. I have nothing bad to say about the three other companies. All had slightly different solves and all solves were sound. Hydrohelp911 had the solution that best fit my ideas of how to repair and protect my home. of the four competitors they were not the least expensive, that's not why I chose them. I told Mike what I thought I needed, he listened to me and laid out what I thought was the best for me. Thank You Mike! They scheduled me within a week. That's a timely response in my book. The two man crew Hydropro911 sent to my house were dressed professionally in clothing suited for cold outdoor wet muddy conditions. Parker and Tavo (Octavious) were presentable, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and both seemed to be at ease dealing with customers and the public in general. Both were able to answer my questions quickly and clearly. Both seemed focused on the task at hand. They remained cheerful through three days of cold, wind and one day of rain. when they finished their estimated five day project in three days. I checked on them several times as they worked. coming from a similar background, I noticed that their work did not look sloppy and rushed but rather a project of notable quality. I've seen too many workers brag about their speed but when I check behind them I am embarrassed to know that I worked for a company that would allow their employees to leave a project that looked like the worker did not know what they were doing and clearly did not care. That is not the case with Hydrohelp911. I'm retired now but in the past have been certified to inspect new and restored construction sites and when I say I know what I'm looking at, I mean I know what to inspect and where to inspect for quality assurance. Parker and Tavo did what they were supposed to do and did it with care and clearly a sense of pride. they cleaned their mess, took their trash, gave me a walk through and made sure that I was satisfied. Then we settled our business. Thank You to both Parker and Tavo! I am writing this in early December so, Happy Merriness to everybody. See Yaaahhhh!

I initially gave Hydro Help a 5 star rating but now I’m lowering it to 3 because they subcontracted with Touchstone Electric to run an electrical line for the dehumidifier. Touchstone turn off my heating unit for electrical work and failed to turn it back on. When I tried to turn on the heat it wasn’t working. I called my home warranty company and they charged me $95 just to turn back on the system basically to flip the switch. They advised me that the electrician failed to turn it back on. I reported this to Hydro Help and they assured me that they would take care of the issue and they never followed up regarding the compensation. I’m a bit disappointed without them because I’m out $95 and there seems to be no accountability.
Peyton did a great job over the phone helping us with information about the HydroHelp911 company etc. concise and to the point and kind.

Dalton and his crew, Jacob, Ben and Justin did an amazing job helping us moisture lock our foundation on the back of our home. This was so involved and they were able to handle within two days and even prettied up the landscaping for me when they backfilled so it looks better than before. You can’t go wrong with these guys! Pictures are attached and are in order of before, during and after work.

HydroHelp911 exceeded our expectations! Jeremiah, the foreman, and his crew were wonderful! They have completely made such an improvement to our air quality and lives. It’s only been a few days since they completed the job and the difference in our home is night and day better. Dust is less, mold and earth smell is gone, humidity levels are stable. The temperature in our house is even. They worked quietly and efficiently and left no mess. They were so nice and addressed our concerns. They even made sure our new dog didn’t escape out of our fence. Such great quality work! Justus was our salesperson and he went above and beyond to answer our questions - and even went out of his way to come back to our house to walk through before work began. We couldn’t be happier! Great quality work and service from beginning to end!

Had crawlspace encapsulated, two downspouts extended, and several footings shimmed. Justin & team were professional, prompt, and a did a great job! Job was finished faster than described when quoted.
