Was referred over to Dr. Fortney for my little one. First off, great service! Made all of us feel so welcome. I am so thankful for the team's kindness. The x-ray technician was so kind and made my child feel comfortable. She was so warm and great with kids. Dr. Forney was so knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, explained everything to us and just an overall amazing experience. I am so glad that I was referred to someone as kind and knowledgeable as they are!!!!
HVO is the best. I have had one daughter complete treatment and another currently in treatment. Jessica always makes my daughter feel comfortable.

Such amazing service!
My daughter had finished her course of treatment but was still unhappy with the position of one of her teeth. I thought it was not a big deal and she should be happy with all the amazing improvements.
However, Dr. Fortney and her staff were so ready to listen to her concerns and make every effort to make sure that her teeth were just right.
They went above and beyond to make sure that she was completely satisfied. I am so grateful for their skill and service!

I cannot express how pleased I am with Hidden Valley Ortho and Dr. Fortney! From the very beginning, the entire team has been incredibly thorough, kind, and caring. They recommended early treatment for my daughter when she was just 6 years old, and I’m so grateful they did. During her detailed X-ray, Dr. Fortney noticed that her tonsils appeared large and suggested we follow up with a specialist.
Thanks to that recommendation, we discovered she needed a tonsillectomy. Since her surgery, her sleep and overall health have improved tremendously — no more snoring or choking on saliva when she’s sleeping!
We’ve continued with preventative follow-ups at Hidden Valley Ortho, and every visit has been wonderful. The staff is always professional and welcoming, and they truly care about their patients’ well-being. When it’s time for my daughter’s braces and future treatment, we won’t go anywhere else.
