I’m always a bit skeptical when I see a company that has a perfect customer rating on Google, however, after using their services today I can see why. (1) The appointment process was seamless and professional (2) Their service person [Darren] made quick but thorough work of an issue with my older Rheem unit (3) There was absolutely no pressure/sales pitching for unnecessary services Having your A/C operating poorly during the summer is already stressful enough—thanks for making the solution stress free!

Where do I begin!? First, check out my two old photos and the new unit! You can clearly see the difference in quality. My AC went down due to a refrigerant leak and had to constantly replace fuses just to make it through the hot CA summers. I knew I had to replace my AC unit but had no one to give me a suggestion. I was recommended by a friend to look for a business that has been around at least since the 90's. I ended up seeing HUSH and saw that they were certified Trane specialists, which is the leading AC unit in the industry and are built like tanks. I met the owners and the team who were extremely knowledgable during my complimentary assessment at my house. They also helped me with financing and saving money. Kim and Kash were genuinely concerned with helping me save money. The installation crew, did a great job and did such a clean installation. They did not leave any trash and kept my house cleaner than when they arrived. They also reach out to me for any updates and any maintenance and servicing that is part of the package. I don't have to worry about knowing when to reach out. They truly care about customer relations and their systems in place to provide consistent results are beyond my expectations. They run a tight and professional ship. If you are considering who to use forever as your AC and heating providers, you can stop looking. Hush will handle it. Hushair had installed our 2 units AC system about 10 years ago. 2 days ago I used another company to get AC tuning done and the guy told me that I needed to replace the capacitor for one of the units and Freon for both units . He added a lot more items on the list and gave a quote for > 3000$. I told him that I wanted a second opinion and that I will get Hushair to give me one as I trusted them. The guy seemed a little upset that I did not trust him and there was a reason ...which I found the next day. Hush air agent Bryan Gonzales came over and told me that I needed none of that. Everything was A Ok. A reputed company has a reputation for a reason . I spent 85 $ to save 3000$. Totally worth it . Sometimes being greedy can backfire. If the other guy had quoted @500$ worth of repairs I would have probably done it .

This is the second time I have called Hush Air in an emergency and they were able to move their busy schedule around to fit me in right away. The technician took great care to check for any other possibilities that may happen in the future as I have a very old system. Today he replaced a capacitor and the price was minimal. He even had a new one on his truck. I am completely confident with this company.

Updating my review after 5+ years and I’m still using Hush Air. They’ve continued to be reliable, honest, and easy to work with. This past winter I had some heater issues that weren’t easy to figure out, but they always showed up quickly and got it handled. They’re fair, reasonable, and I trust them, which is hard to find. Glad I stuck with them. Always courteous always professional and MOST IMPORTANT I trust them not to price gouge me and tell me the truth when it comes to my ac systems needs. Definitely recommend and will be first call every time. You can tell the owner Darren holds his employees at a high standard and expects the best at all times.
