Younger gentleman was very friendly. Time frame was 2 weeks before anyone would even look at our snowblower. That did not include time to repair it. Just glad to have a small engine repair place in town.

Hupke was recommended to work on my Dixon ZTR. Initially the deck had a lot of vibration (that was my initial call). They picked up the mower, worked on the steering and the blade clutch, but not the vibration (initially). When I got the mower back, one time use and the belt came off again. I called back asking if they couldn’t do anything about the vibration. Was told, there must have been some miscommunication. They took the mower again and found the deck was cracked. I was told a simple weld and that should take care of it. They were right. Though I was initially frustrated because it didn’t seem to the initial concern was addressed. But without hesitation they completed the repair, and heavily discounted the 2nd trip in because of the misunderstanding. They are BEST IN AREA for a reason and I firmly believe the issue would have been resolved initially if all were on the same page to start. Thanks team Hupke!!

We had our Craftsmen garden tractor and Toro self propelled mower serviced at end of last season. I waited to write a review to see how they worked. Honestly it’s like the Craftsman is a new machine! Every time I finish cutting I am amazed. The machine is near 20 but Dion got it leveled and working tip top. Toro the same. They will be getting our business always! Reasonable, prompt, friendly and fair. Did I mention knowledgeable? Thanks guys!

We had an issue with our snow blower and Hupke got it in the same day, repaired it, and we picked it up that day...prior to the huge snowstorm! We are so grateful for their expertise and promptness! They are also very kind and friendly!

Twice now they have come to the rescue for us. We live in Whitewater and our snowblower can't be lifted nor will fit in either of our vehicles. They have picked it up, don't their thing, and dropped it off. I would say we had easy fixes for both but we either didn't have the tools or the part. Highly recommend.

Don re[laced the belts on my snowblower. I didn't get a chance to try it until the last 7" snow. There was a minor problem with the snow chute not turning all the way. I called Hupke's Tuesday night and Wednesday morning Don came out and fixed the problem. Great guys, great service. I highly recommend them. Thanks, Don.
