His customer service is second to none.

This was my first visit and to say I am impressed is an understatement, this was an eye test like no other I have experienced, the attention to detail was amazing, every aspect was explained and the nicest guy you could meet. There is now only one optician 😀

Had a great experience at Humfrey Eyecare. Ive been suffering corneal erosion but i wanted to get my eye checked. Humfreys gave me a full eye examination and now i am peace at mind that it can mend with some cream every night

Was so pleased we decided to return to Stuart after initially staying with his previous place of work for a couple of years. Stuart’s practice at Hadleigh is practical and personal and Stuart as ever is attentive and thorough. Was extremely pleased with my new glasses and Paul was referred for a cataract which has already been dealt with and will have follow up care with Stuart. Pam and Paul Dallimore

Problems with a previous Optician lead me to seeking a new optician. A good friend of mine highly recommended Humfrey Eyecare and I'm so glad he did. At my first visit, Stuart welcomed me in a friendly way from the start. His examinations and conversations during the test made me feel that I had made a good choice as nothing was rushed through. Stuarts explanations throughout were comforting. My opinion of the treatment room was first class.

We had an amazing experience with Stuart when we visited him for my 6 year old daughter’s eye examination. We had a bad experience at a chain optician and it put her off wanting to have eye checks. Stuart was kind and friendly from the offset and I will recommend him to everyone!

Stuart is so thorough, and great at explaining processes and outcomes of the tests you undertake throughout your eye exam. He is calm and reassuring, personable and professional. My family have a history of eye related problems, so my eye exam is never just a sight test, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else as I trust his advice completely.

The best optometrist ever!
Disappointed with other opticians unable to provide glasses to make me see clearly, I was lucky to find Humfrey Eyecare. Stuart was very thoriough in examining my eyes . His expertise was obvious when he explained that I have misalignment of my eyes, resulting in the double vision as well as cataracts. His advice to have cataract surgery done before purchasing new glasses, to avoid the expense of buying more afterwards means he obviously puts patients wellbeing before financial gain. I'll certainly be back for my glasses after my cataracts are fixed, then my new spectacles with special lenses will be the icing on thee cake! .
