AJ carried the initial contact and fed me information which led to a lease of a 2025 ADX AWD. He offered insight to my decision of a first lease, pointing pros and cons as appropriate. Great CSR skills.
Jonas performed the delivery duties the next day, instructing me on system set-up and locking in my infotainment choices for use as my daily driver vehicle. Again, great CSR skills.
In all, the Gents I dealt with at Hubler Acura during my time at their store, made for a very good purchase/lease experience.
Other stores might promote that kind of special 'treatment' for the customer, however, after buying 17 new cars over my many years, very very few get close to what Hubler Acura actually delivered.

Review from April 2025- my partner found a black Lexus CT200h and enjoyed her test drive. That's where everything went from five stars to one.
Without any permission whatsoever, they ran hard credit checks through several financial services. AFTER they did that they then ran financing through the option she requested at her bank, where she was already approved.
This damaged her credit over 100 points and prevented her from getting a decent loan on the car she did buy, from a little shop up in Carmel.
Started the process with the state AG/BBB but she failed to follow up so no case was created but 100% this would not have happened to her if she was white.

Nothing but nice things to say about Salesman Jonas and Manager Scott! They worked really hard to try and earn my business. Both were professional and above board.
I had a fantastic experience working with Jonas at Hubler Acura. He made the entire process incredibly quick and easy from start to finish. Jonas was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and was great to work with, friendly, straightforward, and not pushy.
When I arrived to pick up my car, it was washed, fully gassed up, and even had a bow on it, which was a really nice touch and made the experience feel special.
I also want to mention Nora, who made the paperwork process fast and to the point. She kept everything organized and efficient, which really helped make the whole experience feel smooth and quick.
Overall, excellent customer service all around. I would definitely recommend working with Jonas and the team at Hubler Acura!

I’m highly satisfied with Hubler Acura. I, like a jerk, walked in an hour before close with a desire to buy a car, but I had done little research and taken zero test drives. I have very little extra time, and these awesome people took it in stride.
Jonas was welcoming and accommodating. He took a moment to ascertain my needs before giving me any recommendations. He wasn’t pushy, and he gave me the time I needed to work out my decision.
They gave me opportunity to clean out my trade-in on another day, and I left within a couple of hours with my new car.
I never felt upsold or pressured, and I’m very presently surprised with the level of professionalism here.
