The entire process to have a sunroom installed has been excellent so far. I was quoted a fair price, and was given an approximate date that the installation was scheduled to begin.
Along the way Alexis has kept me informed of the progress.
Last week the construction began as predicted in the schedule. I have to say I was totally impressed with both Jeremiah and Jamie as they formed up and then poured the concrete for the sunroom and an extra patio.
They both worked diligently through the hot weather and left my property completely clean once they were done.

Randy, the owner of Hometown Contractors, went out of his way to answer my husband and my questions before construction. Quoted over 20,000 for 6 windows, before applying a senior citizen discount. I felt it was absurd as I have a quote for storm rated windows from another local reputable company for 7700. When I called to voice my concern prior to leaving a negative review. I was met with extreme hostility and insults from their manager. My expectation is the quote, which ended up around 15000, was always going to be 15000, because that is what most people(the non low-income) must spend to receive the 10000 in grant money from the my safe Florida home program.

Considered redoing our guest bathroom and contacted Hometown Contractors. We met with John Bullard to discuss plans and pick out the shower and accessories. Jerry Scarborough was our in-home sales representative. It says something when the inspector shows up and says, "Oh, Hometown Contractors? Yeah, they do terrific work." The process for new windows was not only seamless, it was quick and had great communication throughout. I was never in question as the status of my windows. They clearly exceeded all other experiences I've had with contractors lately.
Nick, Ethan, and Clayton were amazing to have working on my windows. Not only were they on time and respectful, they went out of their way to make sure they did not create excessive mess or debris. They took the time to directly address any fitting issues I had and made sure I understood exactly how my new windows worked.

Our experience with Hometown Contractors, Inc. was awesome! Mike Riley sold us 10 new impact windows and a new impact-rated steel front door. He answered all of our questions, was knowledgeable and easy to work with, and gave us fair and reasonable pricing.
Our installation team—Clayton Gardner, Nick Rollins, and Ethan—was nothing short of professional. They arrived on time, worked meticulously, and took great care to protect our walls, paint, and home throughout the entire installation. They also made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up when the job was complete.
Before leaving, they took the time to show us how to operate our new windows and explained the many energy-saving features of both the windows and our new front door.
From the initial consultation through the final installation, we could not have asked for a better experience. They did a great job. They completed the project a day early, Allen and Tom worked with us though the daily work. My wife wanted help by painting in the closet and they encouraged help told her to go ahead, and joked about helping them. She had paint in our place she wanted to use on the shelves and they did. It was a fun project from beginning to the end. Their follow through the project is excellent. If we do another project I'm going straight to them. I did project management for 20 years and they would be my part of my team anytime.
