As a result of the 2008 financial crisis my restaurant and two residential properties were put into foreclosure. The accounting team at Herman P Ortiz CPA PC with their accounting, tax and advisory skills were able to save my two residential properties from foreclosure. They worked with the banks and attorneys and got us approved with Government’s Home Affordable Mortgage Program. They also assisted the bankruptcy attorney with preparing the monthly operating reports, financial statements and tax returns
