Lovely restaurant, good food as usual. Liza, our server, was great. Very helpful with my Coeliac condition and keeping me right. She even ran after us with my wife's gloves when she left them behind. Definitely our "go to" for a meal in Edinburgh. Thoroughly recommended.

Uno dei ristoranti più conosciuti e famosi della città, posizionato sulla strada più caratteristica di Edimburgo. Accoglienza e servizio davvero ottimo, ma consiglio decisamente la prenotazione anticipata. Cibo davvero squisito, abbiamo preso il celebre Haggis Nipps and Tatties e non ce ne siamo pentiti!
Nice cosy place with a view below to the cobbled streets. Staff were really nice and helpful with the menu. The food had a nice homely feel to it, but could be better for the price.

La comida es buena.
El servicio pésimo, primero llamaron diciendo que no habíamos llegado todavía de muy malas formas y es que la reserva la teníamos para el día siguiente. El día de la cena teníamos la reserva a las 9 y la persona que nos recibió nos dijo no muy amablemente que la reserva era para las 8:30. "Increíble "
Comimos con una prisa impresionante, nos apagaron las luces y nos trajeron la cuenta sin pedirla, vamos que en 40 minutos 4 personas nos comimos, entrantes, plato principal y postre.
Nos traen la cuenta y una clavada monumental, y 19 Libras por la cara!! Porque la cuenta eran 179,85 y pagamos al final 198,95 Libras.
Para nada recomendable, muy sobre valorado.
