Big thanks to my instructor, Lisa Arnold. Helped me pass with only 4 minor faults on my first try. My instructor was always patient and encouraging and I always felt like I came out of my lessons a stronger driver than before. Always supportive and understanding which made the learning process easier leading to passing my test and boosting my confidence on the road. I would happily recommend Lisa Arnold for any new learner drivers. Thank you again!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better driving instructor than Christina! From my very first lesson she made me feel comfortable and at ease, and she was always so patient and encouraging, even when I was nervous or doubting myself. After I didn’t pass my first test, Christina helped me stay positive, worked with me on what I needed to improve and gave me the confidence to go back and try again and I passed my second test! Thank you so much, Christina, for believing in me, putting up with me 😂 and helping me get to the point where I can finally say I PASSED! I genuinely couldn’t have done it without you and would 100% recommend you to anyone learning to drive. ❤️

I've had a fantastic experience with Matt at How2Drive. I passed today with 3 minors. He took me on as an absolute novice with little interest in driving, and turned me into a bit of a car enthusiast who really enjoys driving! Lost so much money by the instructor cancelling last minute having spent significant amounts of money on a hotel and train tickets to come up specifically for the lessons. Have tried to contact the owner and he is very uninterested and ignored my messages. Completely devastated and so furious at this wholly unprofessional company Edit: this is not true. The instructor said we could take the test which is why I specifically came back to Norwich during the holidays which took 4 hours each way. He told me he would not take me after I’d come up and this was too late to cancel the test which meant I lost all the money. The lady has blocked my phone number and ignored my messages without giving me any reason. They have no idea how to run a fair business
