I had the front third PPF installed about two months ago now. I’m 100% satisfied with the results. The entire experience with Houston Paint Protection throughout was first class, from the quality of their work, time to complete the work and the excellent customer service and communication. Krystal is awesome to work with and you’re always informed and updated throughout. Despite not coming in with the intent to fix some curb rash on my rims, they were able to get that completed for me via a contact they had. This work was also excellent and didn’t add any time to overall process. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to protect their vehicle’s appearance.

I recently had three vehicles done at Houston Paint Protection — my 2026 Cadillac Escalade, BMW X3, and BMW i8 — and the experience from start to finish was outstanding. The Escalade received full front protection including the hood and all four doors, the X3 received full front and all four doors, and the i8 received full body protection. The workmanship across all three vehicles was absolutely top-tier. Krystal was phenomenal throughout the entire process. She took the time to thoroughly explain the pricing, products, and benefits of each option without ever being pushy or trying to force a decision. Instead, she focused on educating and guiding me toward the right protection package for each vehicle, which I really appreciated. Thomas, the owner, was equally impressive — very friendly, highly knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the work they do. You can tell this team truly cares about quality and customer experience. What stood out even more was the follow-up service. I brought all three vehicles back for the two-week checkup, and everything was handled flawlessly — on-time, well-coordinated, professional, friendly, and extremely detail-oriented. The entire staff was courteous and easy to work with. Excellent workmanship, excellent communication, and excellent customer service all the way through. I would absolutely recommend Houston Paint Protection to anyone looking for high-quality PPF work and a team that genuinely stands behind what they do.

They were great to work with and made scheduling very easy. The work was completed on time and everything looked good. Because I made the mistake of leaving Sentry mode turned on on my Tesla Model Y, my battery was quite drained by the time I got it back. It did however, mean that I was able to see just how much time the put in over the weekend (including Sunday) to get my car back to me as quickly as possible.

Working with Houston Paint Protection is a 5-star experience all the way. Starting with Krystal from the very beginning and all the way through the process. The options for level of paint protection are clearly explained at the very beginning and there is no pressure or up-selling whatsoever. And the finish product was perfection. These folks know what they’re doing. IMHO you’re wasting your time if you go anywhere else in the Houston area to get your paint protection done. I recommend Houston Paint Protection 110%!

Really good service. The PPF installation looks great. They gave a lot of good information on how to keep it looking new by washing and waxing my car correctly. Ask for their videos. ‘Lots of information there. I would recommend their services.

I'm a very Savvy shopper and in March 2024 I bought a late model Chevy Trailblazer and decided to do something about protecting the finish on my investment. I called around to several places to see what they had to offer. When I got to talk with Thomas the owner at Houston Paint Protection I immediately knew this was a place I wanted to get my work done. He took the time and explained the different choices in detail and I decided to go with a ceramic coating for my Chevy Trailblazer. He really knows his stuff and he knows how to explain it very well also where it's easy to understand. I got the job done and my vehicle was stunning when it came out of his shop. As I went by to say hello and ask a few questions I noticed the really high dollar cars that always seem to be there getting the job done with him which further reinforced the belief that I chose the right place. I give my highest recommendation to this business and they have a great crew that does really good work and they're also very friendly and don't mind talking and sharing the knowledge with you. Stop in and talk with him have a coffee or a cold drink which he keeps on hand for his customers and see for yourself the work he does and some of the very expensive cars that are his clients. It's been a little over a year now and the work has held up fine and I just finished getting the Decon wash I think they call it to renew the finish and keep it in top shape. I spoke to a friend just tonight and he told me what a beautiful vehicle it was and he told me it looks brand new. True story and it just goes to show you this is the place to protect your investment and keep your car shining with low maintenance and always have that fresh waxed look. Service like this is truly a bargain and a great way to protect the finish on your vehicle from the harsh conditions down here in Houston Texas. Hats off to the ownerThomas and his entire staff for a great job and a great friendly atmosphere.
