I heard of this office from my extended family. When you walk in, immediately you are immediately greeted by the amazing front desk. They helped me promptly and I didn’t wait long for my teeth cleaning. The entire office is super clean, modern, and has an amazing view. All of the staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. This office is amazing and I will definitely return and recommend to all my family and friends! Thank you Dr. Sudarat, hygienist Daisy, and the rest of the Post Oak team!!

Everyone in the office is super nice and professional. I debated leaving a review for awhile because of how wonderful everyone here is. I picked this office after deciding after 10+ years to get a cosmetic crown over a root canal I had done. The original mould taken of my teeth before my tooth was shaved down was taken while I still had glue on the back of my teeth from a permanent retainer I had to get removed prior to the procedure, and I believe this resulted in many issues with my crowns in the future, although this was never confirmed when I mentioned it. I ended up having the crown remade, getting the first one shaved off my tooth since the color was dark in certain lighting. When my first crown was taken off, a bit of my tooth next to it was shaved off too, one of the ladies said it might have been the shape of my new tooth while I was there, but after comparing pictures, my tooth was definitely nicked. Unfortunately, all of my worry about the color was small, as the feeling of the back of the crowns felt awful. Ultimately, after over an hour of shaving the final crown down, it is a shape I feel like I can live with for the rest of my life without bothering me. The color is a bit off, even after going in person to the tooth color lab. It is not worth it to me to have more damage to my other tooth, risk feeling a tooth that does not belong in my mouth again, or not being able to bite with my front teeth for another 3 months to have one remade. Overall, it is better than when I came in, but I am not sure I would go through the process again if I was sent back in time. I am really glad they were willing to remake the crown without hesitation, I am not sure if the errors are human, the specific lab, or the technology is not quite there yet. I’ve been going here for about 18 months now, and they are truly a joy to go to. The whole office is fun, welcoming, and runs so efficiently. They’re always super quick without ever making me feel rushed, and they’re genuinely great at what they do. Over time I’ve really gotten to know the team, and that makes every visit even better. I’ve been going to Dr. Sudarat for years, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She is not only incredibly skilled as a prosthodontist, but also so kind, patient, and detail-oriented. She completely transformed my smile and fixed my crooked teeth, and I’ve never felt more confident. The entire office is amazing. Daisee, the hygienist, is always gentle, thorough, and makes every cleaning such a comfortable experience. I have never Encountered Rudeness as I did at Brident Dental on West Belfort in my Life..The Front desk was the worst..Ms Jennifer need to learn Customer service.. She Really have a NASTY Attitude...I came in in July for a Crown and a filling.. I didn't get my Crown until Sept 16th...Never got my filling...They made appointment Canceled 30 Minutes before it's time to come in...They did this 3 times...Everytime I tried talking to Jennifer she would walk out my face...Very NASTY Attitude...She called me out of my Chair while I was being seen by the Dentist to ask me a Question ...Instead of waiting until I was finished being seen by the Dentist...For a minute I thought we was going to fight we went word for word...It was Bad..Long Story Short I would not Recomend this Place to know one..well as long as Ms Jennifer is Working there...The Staff act like she own the place...My Dr didn't even tell her to Lighten up..And I was her Patient...Never Never again..Dont go!!

Dr. Pigneri and his staff are amazing. Maribel always has a friendly smile on her face and coordinates all scheduling effectively. I recently needed a root canal and the whole process was smooth as can be. Vanessa assisted Dr. Pigneri with the procedure and it was completely painless! Deissy does a great job cleaning my teeth and takes the appropriate amount of time to make sure all my questions are answered. I feel like they are family. :)

I have been to many dentists in my 63 years, I must say these professionals are the best! I have had a considerable amount of work done and each visit was worry free because I knew whichever procedure I was getting done it was going to be managed pain free. Of all the appointments (many) never did I have to wait past my appointment time to be seen, that’s amazing! Dr. Pigneri has truly changed my life, I had so many problems, he gave me a clear understanding of what was needed and a timeline to get it all done. Over a couple of years we made it to the finish line and now I've been on regular treatments to keep me out of trouble! The entire staff is just great!
