The entire team at Dr. Canto's office is amazing. I love all of these ladies! They're very considerate of the patient, down to asking what kind of music to listen to or bringing a neck pillow for a more comfortable procedure. I came to this team because I had come along when my girlfriend was having dental work done, and they were so nice and welcoming, and remembered my name when we came back. So when I needed a dentist, I knew where to go! I have already referred several people, and I strongly recommend this practice for anyone wanting quality dental work in a great environment with an awesome team.

Referred here by my ortho, and I’m honestly so happy I gave it a try. This was hands down the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had. I used to think my old dentist was good, but it turns out I didn’t know what a real cleaning felt like until now. Teri did my cleaning and she was amazing! So thorough, gentle, professional, and explained everything clearly. The office is incredibly clean, and the team is genuinely kind and attentive.You can tell they care about doing things right and making patients feel comfortable. I felt the difference immediately after my first visit, and today was my second visit. 10/10

This is such an easy 5 to give. If all dentists were like this, there would be no dental anxiety. I have avoided going to the dentist for a decade based on poor past experiences, and this appointment has changed that. Staff is incredibly attentive and I was frankly very skeptical that you could have a spa-like experience at the dentist… but I was wrong. I had two cavities filled and they made sure I was comfortable- I had sufficient numbing medicine and headphones to drown out the drill and an eye mask to boot. I can’t recommend and/or thank them enough!

Today was the Freedom Day for Veterans, and it was absolutely beautiful—such a warm, spirited event! I want to thank Dress for Success for the opportunity and for supporting us veterans. I have severe anxiety, and when I visited Cosmetic Dentist of Houston, I immediately felt comforted. The clinic has such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was amazing! I was greeted right away when I walked in. Everyone wore Freedom shirts in honor of veterans and proudly shard that they support the Freedom Form. You can truly tell they love helping veterans. I received the best dental care I’ve ever experienced. I actually fell asleep while getting two fillings! Dr. Amy La and her assistant Vicki were incredible—I didn’t even feel the needle. From the greeting to the X-rays, cleaning by the hygienist Teri; awesome, and dental work. Every team member did an outstanding job. The clinic is beautiful and professional, filled with amazing photos that made me feel at ease. The pictures created a comforting sensation, almost like I could feel the photographer’s thoughts and emotions through them. I was touched to learn that the photos were taken by one of their own dentists—such a personal and inspiring touch. They even offer headsets and music to help you relax while receiving care. I also had the pleasure of meeting the full dental team—Dr. Amanda Canto, DDS; Dr. Amy La, DDS; and Dr. Maria Parraga, DDS—all of whom are kind, talented, and compassionate. This visit truly transformed my life and relieved my anxiety about dental visits. I can’t thank them enough and look forward to attending the next Freedom Form! Hands down, they are the BEST! Due to a very recent procedure gone bad that has resulted in considerable pain and discomfort, I was faced with searching for a new dental practice who would address my needs and help correct the issue. I’m so thankful I chose to call Cosmetic Dentists of Houston! Their very efficient team got me in immediately. I cannot say enough good about this team of medical professionals. Not only are they top-notch, with the most up-to-date medical equipment, even more importantly, it is obvious that they make the comfort, peace of mind and care of their patients a top priority. That is so appreciated and is made very clear from the time you walk in their door. Dr. La and Barbara were so incredible. There was no having to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. They got me in immediately yesterday and addressed my issue causing pain and concerns. They took such great care to ensure my comfort while taking time to communicate very clearly regarding all procedures, to ensure I understood exactly what was causing my particular issue and what could and needed to be done to correct it. In addition, they actually saved me over $300 compared to the same procedure performed not 3 months ago by my former Dentist! Dr. La, gave me an amazing experience. She has a very good hand for sure. The injections were very easy. Heaven was preparing the room for the dental procedure. She was super sweet, very attentive! It was a beautiful day. The sky view of the clouds made you feel the Lords glory. I was watching the clouds connect was very relaxing for me listening to music. I was getting a crown on an upper back tooth. Time seemed to go very fast for me. Dr. La, and Heaven were done. My recovery at home was like any other day. No issues at all! I highly recommend Dr. La, for you dental care. She is the best. Thank you, Dr. La❤️

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s time to say thank you to Dr. La for her exceptional knowledge and professionalism. Our whole family has been under her care for the past two years. During my daughter’s very first exam, Dr. La noticed that a healthy tooth had been damaged by a previous provider while treating a neighboring cavity (at a pediatric dentistry in Katy). She also pointed out that the sealants done at that clinic had fallen out during the exam. I am truly grateful for Dr. La’s thorough approach and the high quality of care she provides. My daughter, who is extremely sensitive to pain, actually asked afterward if Dr. La could also be the one to give her vaccinations 😉. Just today my son had his treatment, and he described his experience as simply “cool” 😁. I always feel confident knowing that Dr. La takes my questions and concerns seriously and addresses them with great attention. 🤗
