Our old AC system struggled to keep up, so we decided to replace it entirely. This company walked us through different options and helped us choose a unit that fit our home size. Installation was completed in one day, and the technicians explained how to maintain it properly. Compared to another quote we received, this one felt more honest and less sales-driven. Since the install, the house cools much faster and more evenly. It’s been a huge improvement, especially during hotter days.

Brandon Palacios was awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared for my best interest. He introduced me to the membership program explaining every option pros and cons. He also showed me pictures of everything he inspected and offered suggestions and advise without any pressure. He is a pleasant man and trustworthy. He also told me I could request a quote to replace the entire unit with no obligation. And he let me know there are financing options as well. Overall an excellent experience! You are fortunate to have Brandon on your team! I will request Brandon Palacios personally going forward.

I have been with this company for about 20 years. I have tried other a/c companies and I was not satisfied. House Pro has been good to me. I would recommend them any one who needs a/c and heating services. This is the Number 1 company from my personal experience. My service technician George Hernandez is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He is also very trustworthy and good at his job.
