Kevin, Eoin & Sean were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process of defining our attic conversion and the subsequent planning permission application. The process was smooth and as described by the team at day 1 - There was a week or 2 delay from my expectation, but that was due to backlogs in SDCC due to the Christmas period.
I would highly recommend House and Extension Plans for planning permission applications.

Sean and team secured planning permission for my property which in turn helped me achieve a fantastic sale price.
The communication was superb throughout the entire process, I was kept updated throughout and they were extremely responsive to any queries.
They also provided excellent value for money, with the final price less than half of another quote I had received.

We had such a great experience working with Seán and the team on our attic conversion planning permission. After chatting with a few other professionals who said they’d need to come out in person before even starting, I wasn’t sure if doing everything remotely would actually work. But honestly, from the very first meeting, I knew we were in good hands. Seán made the whole process so straightforward and easy to understand. The team were incredibly efficient, always quick to reply to emails, and happy to answer every question along the way. It really took all the stress out of what I expected to be a complicated process. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
We used House and Extension Plans for our planning permission and honestly couldn’t be happier.
They were helpful from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and were always polite and professional. They took the time to answer questions and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.
We also liked their payment process – you only pay after the first draft, and they give you up to three chances to make changes to the drawings, which felt very reasonable and put us at ease.
