We were moving and needed to move our hot tub. The place we bought it from basically told us to kick rocks. Called up Hot Tub Time and they arranged a move for us even though we didn’t buy our tub from them originally. Amazing service and they’ve definitely earned all my future business. Although we did not purchase our hot tub from Hot Tub Time, we recently hired them to move our 8-person spa from the home we just sold to our new home in the Heights—and I could not be more impressed with their service.

Very Friendly and so informative! I called Hot Tub Time today & the owner Steve answered the phone and talked to me a long time about my hot tub water & test strips readings! WHEN I NEED A NEW HOT TUB OR CHEMICALS I WILL CALL HIM FIRST! Very good experience & so nice to find someone with extensive knowledge & great customer service!
We bought a hot tub at the big blowout sale at NM Expo because they said they had a local shop that would help with service and questions. That was not true. Once our hot tub was delivered we could not reach anyone from the selling entity that could help us and we found out that they dont have a local office in NM. We found Hot Tub Time online and we called them to see if they could answer our questions. The staff member was extremely helpful and welcomed us into their location so they could teach us how to treat our hot tub water and to help us find the right mounting system for our hot tub cover. We've really enjoyed our experience at Hot Tub Time and really wish we had bought our hot tub from them instead of from the dishonest wholesale business that we visited at NM Expo that day.
Was out looking at spas and went into Hot Tubs Albuquerque. Tracy our salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure at all but was very impressed with the Bullfrog Spas. Wow, so worth the investment, amazing quality and it will last, with the proper maintenance of course. The whole management team from delivery to follow up and my man Gary! Amazing person, so knowledgeable, and knows how to show you to take care of your beautiful spa. Great local company to count on, and knowing they are there for you with any issues and service problems.
About three years ago we bought our Marquis hot tub from Hot Tub Albuquerque. We can only speak very highly about the way they dealt with the installation and any follow up. Gary has been doing the service every three, four months and we cannot be happier. THANK ALL OF YOU AT HOT TUB ALBUQUERQUE.
This place is killing it with Service! I bought a tub locally from a competitor, but Hot Tub Time took over the service contract- THANK GOODNESS because they are awesome! They've been timely, offered excellent customer service and great communication throughout. Cannot more highly recommend!
Wonderful low pressure service. Answered all of our questions patiently. Tracy was extremely knowledgeable and experienced He stayed late to help us. That’s amazing service!. Steve the owner was friendly and made it a point to greet us when we came in even though it was late. We felt good about our purchase.
If you’ve lived in ABQ/NM for even a while, you’ve probably learned that reliable customer service is rare. This company is an exception. They are phenomenal. Not only do they deliver excellent products and services when they say they will, but they only sell you what you need for a fair price. Dealing with them was a complete surprise. I highly recommend them.
Crew was great. Had all the right tools and made job look easy. Miguel was very knowledgeable and helpful and trained us on how to maintain the hot tub. Also Scott at warehouse was very helpful and friendly and had all the right parts we needed.
