I purchased a Canadian Hotsy Knock-Off Steam Cleaner ( a Yamakoyo, YK1500) at an online auction in Pahrump. I didn't take the time to go inspect it due to the distance from Boulder City. I was pretty comfortable with the pictures, so I went after it and won the bid on the unit.
Upon seeing it I could see that it had some dry rotting issues (wiring, hoses etc) but in my eyes it was still worth saving. Took it home started working on it was on the right path but I couldn't find a few parts that I needed. I had dropped off a friends Hotsy unit at this location a few weeks prior, so I loaded my unit into the trailer and I showed up at the shop.
Nick was Extremely helpful and said he was willing to take on the challenge of fixing my unit. I was sorta glad that Nick couldn't find the parts that I was looking for as well as I was feeling sorta stupid. But being in the trade Nick knew what parts to get and now the unit runs perfectly. I wouldn't even think about taking my business elsewhere. I am looking at purchasing another trailer unit and when I do it will come to this shop for a full service without hesitation. 5 Star service from the front desk to the parts room and hoses all available at this store.
What a great experience! Very happy we took our equipment to them for repairs. Highly recommend!
