I worked with Milissa Jordan and she was wonderful. She was very patient with me and my needs and advocated for me the entire time. We only went on one day of tours, because she helped me find the apartment I love and signed with immediately. Even after doing so much research on my own, she still found apartments I didn't even come across that met my needs exactly. She was great, I would recommend her for anyone looking for apartments in Chicago!

Dave helped us find our apartment and he was really great. He understood from the beginning what my husband and I wanted, the apartment but also the neighborhood, which matters a lot. He showed us a lot of places and was super patient the whole time. He never pressured us, not once. We are very thankful we found him. The options he showed us were really good and he actually listened to what we needed as a couple. Next time we are looking for a place he is the first person we will call, and I am already recommending him to my friends.

She was super on top of helping us find units within budget and listened to what we needed. I loved how flexible she was with letting a friend tour for us and giving us her opinion on different units. There’s no way I would’ve felt confident picking a place without Cassandra (+ my friend!). Isaac at Hotspot Rentals has helped us with three moves, and each time we’ve had excellent experiences! Our first move was a cross-country move to Chicago in 2020. Isaac helped us find a spot in a brand new building at an exceptionally low, “COVID-special” price. This move, Isaac helped us find a beautiful spot in a well-maintained, historic building.
