My order was cancelled and I had to chase to get a refund, despite receiving an email telling me it would be refunded immediately.
I have now received further contact from Jess at Hot Golf who has restored my faith! Her customer service was swift, professional and generous. I will be using Hot Golf for future purchases, despite my initial setback.

Ordered beanie hat and golf glove from Hot Golf. Very good price for both. 48hr Royal Mail delivery. Checked the Royal Mail website to track the package, said they were expecting it. 6 days passed no change in status. Contacted Hot Golf to advise, Jess contacted RM immediately and said a response from them could be a day or two. A day or so later, status changed to being delivered on 20th Nov. Sure enough, parcel delivered as stated. Big thank you to Jess and Hot Golf. In addition the golf glove I ordered must have been out of stock as I received a free upgrade to a very nice FJ glove. Overall excellent, thank you Jess and Hot Golf.

Hotgolf are extremely caring and look after their customers really well. My item was damaged in shipping unfortunately however they were extremely prompt at refunding me, apologising and communicating the issue. They then went the extra mile to send me some free golf balls to make amends. Honestly fantastic customer service and I couldn’t recommend enough.
Fantastic company. Contacted them after Royal Mail failed to deliver my order. They promised to investigate and get back to me within 48 hours. Sure enough, I received an email on time confirming the item was lost, however to my surprise they offered a free upgrade on my original order. Such a please these days to receive positive resolution without having to fight for it. I wish Hotgolf every success.
