Der Service ist top, der Preis unschlagbar und die Lieferung nach Deutschland ging extrem schnell. ​Weil alles so reibungslos lief, habe ich direkt noch Wedges nachbestellt. Wieder schneller und sehr guter Service. Werde hier definitiv wieder kaufen!

Bought Ecco golf shoes 6 months ago. Returned to store with receipt because of split at side seam. Otherwise shoes with 'boa' fastening have been very good. Store staff inspected and replaced with new immediately. Excellent customer service thank-you.

Bought a new set of clubs for my son for Christmas, one of the clubs ended up having an issue a few months later. I contacted Hotgolf, the communication was good and prompt which is all you can ask for in these situations. They managed to get the club replaced under warranty. Happy with the service and will definitely use again. Thank you

Misleading claims and poor service False advertising and unreliable shipping. They claim same-day dispatch and free next-day delivery for orders over £100, but neither is true. My parcel was sent using standard DPD shipping days later, taking nearly a week to arrive. It appears they operate as a dropshipping middleman without actual stock, which adds unnecessary delays. Avoid this site if you value accurate service and timely delivery.

Excellent service With customer service being so poor generally nowadays it was a very pleasant surprise to come across a retailer who actually cares. Through no fault of hotgolf Mizuno sent the wrong customised club to me necessitating a return. My local post office compounded issues by refusing to send my carefully packed iron because it was too long !! Martin at Hotgolf facilitated an alternative delivery method , contacted Mizuno and hey presto my club arrived within days. Well done to Martin and his team. I will shop there again. K

Fantastic company to deal with , I purchased a Callaway ball retriever, on it’s second outing it unfortunately developed an issue with the head cover, on contacting Hotgolf they were extremely pro active in resolving the issue with such speedy response from Martin and Jess. Service like this is getting rarer by the day and I can 100% recommend this customer centric family business.

Ordered a Motocaddy trolley which was sent out by courier but never arrived. HotGolf (Jess) tried to sort the issue out but there were no replacement trolleys available so we looked at an alternative (slight upgrade) and this was offered as a free upgrade even though I "volunteered" to pay the extra. Cannot fault that for Customer service. Everything arrived second time around with no issues.
