Had such a great stay here! So central and close to the Old Town Square. I took my mum who can’t walk too far, so it was perfect as was walkable to the nicest Christmas markets at the old town square. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the hotel was warm and cosy, beds were super comfortable! Really can’t fault our stay. We were even given little gifts when leaving 10/10 stay.

Karácsonyi vasár miatt érkesztünk. A transzver kb: 30 percet késett, életveszélyes volt a sofőr aki úgy vezetett, mint aki öngyilkos akar lenni...(szálloda intézte nekünk)
A lefoglalt superior inkább egy kollégium szintű szoba volt. Lementünk a recepcióra. Azt kérdezték nem elég nagy???? Van benne 6 ágy! Mint a kollégiumban.
A szálloda egy útvesztő. Kb: 200 métert kell sétálni, ha a szobádhoz el akarsz jutni. Bőröndökkel egy kínszenvedés. Nagy a kosz. A konyha lelakva, a fűtés nem ment a tetőtéri szobában. Tv adás nem volt.
Szégyen és gyalázat. Remélem bezárnak!!!!
The hotel staff were fantastic, friendly and so helpful, the room was cleaned every day. Top class and it was within 2 minutes walk to the Old Town Square the historical centre of Prague

Just outside the city centre, very pleasant, warm, toiletries and breakfast, would come again

If you need the WiFi for work or entertainment, prepare to be sadly disappointed.
The room was clean but needed renovation work.
The Parking is far from the hotel (Palladium Parking) I guess they make up for it by providing it for free.
The hotel location is convenient.
You can hear everything in your room, the walls are super thin. I could even hear the text messages ping sound our neighbor was getting, that's on top of his baby crying.
The staff is very helpful and kind, including cleaning service who always asked us in the hall if we needed anything extra.
Oh, and what is it with some of these hotels only providing 1 pillow per person?
I saw this ranked about 9, "wonderful" on Bookings, I'm not sure what kind of potion people are drinking to be coaxed into giving such high reviews.

If I could give zero stars I would, the walls of this hotel are made of paper… impossible to sleep. They also tried to charge us for mini bar that we never had. I have to say that staff was nice and accommodating and the location is great.

Auf Booking das Hotel gefunden. Bewertungen waren super.
Freeparking wurde angeboten.
Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Da kann man nicht meckern. Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker.
Zimmer klein und hellhörig. Das Bad war sehr klein Platz für eine Person. Mehr ist nicht möglich. Sehr kleines Waschbecken.
Von außen ist das Hotel sehr unscheinbar und wirkt nicht wie auf den Fotos bei Booking.
Anreise war mit dem PKW ok. Leider gab es keine kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir haben dann in einem Parkhaus geparkt. War ok aber nicht wie erwartet.
Fazit - für maximal 2 Nächte ok / Personal top

In October 2023, after finishing my stay at Hotel Metropolitan in the Czech Republic, I discovered that several valuable personal items had disappeared from my room: a 100-gram gold chain, a heart-shaped cross pendant, and a gold watch.
Although Hotel Metropolitan is equipped with security cameras, the management informed me that the cameras were “not working” during that period — something that is clearly not my responsibility. Despite my repeated requests for assistance and for a proper review of any available footage or internal security logs, the hotel has refused to cooperate and has provided no real support.
I find this treatment of guests completely unacceptable. I am sharing this publicly so that others are informed and stay cautious when considering this place.
If needed, I’m ready to share all details and the steps I’ve taken so far.
