The staff at Hotel Adler were amazing from the moment we checked in. They were friendly & helpful and offered gluhwein, other drinks and snacks. Our room was small, but clean, warm & comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. There were options to suit everyone. The location was an easy walk from Wenceslas Square and also walking distance to the Old Town and Charles Bridge. Plenty of places nearby for lunch & dinner…if you need more!

Séjour de 3 jours, accueil juste incroyable, hôtesses au petits soins pour leurs clients, remise d’un Prague Pass sans supplément et de bons café pour un restaurant du coin, services au top avec vin chaud gratuit à la réception et bon de réduction + aimant souvenir au départ, hôtel super bien situé prêt de tout, même à 3 min du métro B

I'm really disapppointed with this exeperience. The quality of service was far bellow my expectations, and especialy the recption was very unhelpful. The housekeeping did not clean the room for two days. I would not recommend this to anyone.
