We took our GMC truck in for an estimate on a small collision repair. While there, I asked for a quote on some other items that needed repair. Steph and Nico were outstanding, as well as the young lady at the front desk. Our vehicle was repaired within the time promised. We were given options to save on repair parts, but opted to go with OEM replacement parts. Overall, the best experience I have had with auto collision repair! I would definitely recommend these folks, outstanding customer service and quality work!!

Hot city was so honest and swift with service! Not only have they helped me but my family as well! I cannot recommend them enough, Front staff was super helpful, and I was not taken advantage of as a girl trying to get her car fixed. It was a simple Oil leak, and I was not told to fix anything “Extra” other than just the one problem. I really appreciate the honesty! It took 4 days and my car was back to me and running good as new!

Wonderful people work here! I am traveling and had a board flip up on the road hitting my front bumper and wheel wall trim. They were flapping and drooping. I dropped by the shop and Rico looked and in a flash had everything clipped back into place! I am so grateful and can continue my journey safely 🙏🏻 He refused any $ such a gentleman! I went to valveline and they did not put my splash guard back on properly, i came here because it was dragging on the concrete. They got it back up and attached with no issues and did not charge me anything since i had the part they needed. Great service and friendly faces, would recommend to others for your auto service needs.
