They let us extend the rental twice with no problems. Delivery and pick up were quick, and effortless. Thank you so much Jas and Vik. They were both so professional. Disinfected every part of the bed before bringing it into our home, and made pick up a breeze as well. Would HIGHLY recommend them.

During a particularly trying time in December 2025, when my family faced a significant challenge, I reached out for assistance with medical equipment the hospital required before releasing a loved one into my care. Despite a snowstorm on December 21st, they not only provided the necessary equipment but also ensured its timely delivery by the 23rd, taking the weight off my shoulders. Their professionalism and clear communication empowered me to make informed decisions about the equipment, which functioned flawlessly. I was very impressed with the efficiency and care provided by the staff at Hospital Bed Rental. The online form was very easy to navigate and the delivery was punctual and seamless. The two young men who deivered the bed quickly assessed the space and moved furniture as needed to accommodate the bed. The bed itself is in excellent condition. Once assembled, they sanitized everything, demonstrated all aspects of the controls and cleaned up. I would definitely recommednd HBR to anyone in need of a hospital bed for short or long term use. Excellent service from the hospital bad guys we have rented two time standard hospital bed. They are always on time to install and deliver the bed at your destination and always care about the customer service when you don’t need the bed they come up and take the bed back very professional Highly recommended
