Horizon are wonderful. They gave us clear instructions and we were able to pick up and drop off the vehicle at Adelaide airport. No problem! The car was very clean and perfect for our use.The team are very attentive and are good communicators. The price was also very competitive and way less than the usual car rental places. They were even able to match the prices on Turo. We were very happy with this rental! :)

I was looking for a contactless rental as I needed an early pick-up and late drop-off time, far outside of working hours. Horizon was the only company I could find to accomodate my needs, and the staff were extremely friendly and willing to help out.
The contactless rental process is unlike anything I have used from other companies and makes the process the quickest and easier I have encountered by far.
After paying online, the entire pickup process takes minutes, and I was able to pickup the car at any time during the day. Horizon was extremely affordable, and all the fees were clearly outlined.
100 percent would recommend to anyone wanting an easy and fast rental experience in Adelaide.
'Contactless' is not my normal method of conducting business, however, with prompt, clear and concise instructions via email made the experience fluid and rather painless.
Hired the MG for 3 days. Simple pick up and drop off. Car was in great condition. Staff were responsive, helpful and friendly. Would recommend (and am hiring again today)

Absolutely awful company, avoid at all costs. Issues with the car, completely unwilling to acknowledge. Aggressive in their manner and will fabricate anything to avoid returning your deposit, and also try claim extra charges at the end with ridiculous lies. Use any other option, the people at Horizon are disgusting individuals.

You were involved in a significant accident, continued to drive the damaged vehicle for more than a week, failed to notify us or the police as required under your agreement, and returned it late without payment - leaving over $5,000 in damage.
To suggest that our vehicles have “issues” is not only untrue, but is a highly defamatory attempt to deflect responsibility. Our entire fleet is less than 12 months old and is regularly maintained to the highest professional standard.
We are proud that every other customer has had a positive experience with Horizon Car Rentals, as reflected in the many genuine reviews on our page. Future guests can be confident those reviews reflect the true standard of service we provide and we implore any guest considering renting with us to disregard this incredibly false and misleading review.

Highly recommend. I needed a car and Horizon was able to source me one the fastest. Not sure if it’s a brand new car, but it smelt like it!
Renting was straight-forward, payment, pick up and return easy. Car was in very good condition and price was very good. Just a bit tricky locating the pick up location on Glen Osmond Road
