I really don’t know what went wrong with Hoot. Received a good quote for Outriger. Sent message advising I wanted to go ahead and also add on a Blue Lagoon Cruise and additional accomodation at Denarau. All good so far got an email confirming they would put a package together. Then nothing for 2 days. Sent follow up. Still nothing no reply call. Nothing. After 3 days gave up. Imagine if you actually had a problem to rectify. Nothing.

Sheraton Fiji; very relaxing really beautiful and caring, the staff were wonderful, lots to do in the resort, also if you want to go out side the resort.

From the beginning of planning to end of trip, the experience was seamless. Christine was very helpful and the trip was amazing. Food, location, resort and amenities and activities were A1. The hotel staff were amazing. We are now looking to book for next year with HOOT. Cannot recommend them enough.

Hoot were fantastic from the very beginning of our holiday experience (thanks Jai) and as first time Hoot customers we can definitely say that we will do it all again. We have also recommended Hoot to our friends, family and complete strangers. Our Thailand holiday for our 25th wedding anniversary was everything we hoped for and the package put together by Hoot takes the stress out of everything. It was great value for money and our resort and the staff at Courtyard by Marriott Patong Beach exceeded our expectations. We can't thank them and Hoot enough. Shiela was our Holiday Specialist and she was amazing, everything went so smoothly and was so stress free.
We booked the half board package at Radisson Blu Fiji, and it was such good value for money would definitely recommend to everyone, especially those with a young family. Knowing that 2 out of 3 meals and all our drinks were fully paid for took all the financial stress out of it.
Seriously couldn’t thank Hoot enough for helping us make our first overseas family holiday so amazing and stress free.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I came across Hoot Holidays by chance while looking for a short getaway in Fiji for me and my partner. Ive had many package deal trips to Fiji. This most recent one booked through christine @hoot is the first one that went smoothly and the info at the resort matched my booking confirmation. Very nice not to have to sp3nd hours at reception making sure it all lined up.
Great experience accross the board. We will be back to Hoot for our next trip for sure.

We had an excellent Vietnam holiday in October 2025 arranged by Rhica, the package and price were excellent. Rhica was quick to respond to emails, spent time on the phone and adjusted what we required. I'll be 100% be using Hoot again, was fantastic!

I thought this holiday was good value for money. Flights went well. We were picked up at the airport on time and transferred to the Naviti. Warm welcome when we arrived even though it was nearly midnight. It was nice to have choices of restaurants for dining at night. The free family entertainment each night was excellent. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

We can highly recommend Hoot Holidays. We had never heard of them until a friend recommended them for our recent Fiji trip. We got an all inclusive package for a family of four which made it so much more affordable. We had Shiela helping to organise our trip - who was so helpful and always only an email away. Everything was so easy and went smoothly! We will definitely be booking with them again! (Picture is the view from our hotel room)

Ria helped organise us the best family holiday at Outrigger Fiji! from the all inclsive food and drinks to the cultural activities and performances it was one of the most memorable holidays ever. Hoot were easy to deal with and the whole booking process very smooth. Can reccommend 👍

A huge thank you to May from Hoot Holidays! We had the most amazing time in Fiji — everything was perfectly organised. The accommodation at The Crown was incredible, and the flights with Fiji Airways were so comfortable and accommodating.
We loved our adventures, especially the Sleeping Giant Zip Line and Waterfall Walk — such a fun and memorable day! The Malamala Beach Club was also an absolute highlight and definitely something I’d recommend to anyone visiting.
Our package included a delicious buffet breakfast every morning and free dinners at the hotel, which was such great value. I’ll definitely be booking with Hoot Holidays again — thank you so much, May, for making our trip unforgettable! 🌺✈️☀️
