I went into my first ever chiropractic visit with Dr. Luke after dealing with a pinched nerve from jiu-jitsu that had been bothering me for weeks. It started as a tight, nagging pain in my neck and shoulder, but quickly turned into sharp discomfort that shot through my arm and most times left my fingers numb or tingling. The specific movement—turning my head to the right with slight tilt at the end of the turn—would trigger it, making both training and everyday tasks frustrating.
