Took more than 3 months after the initial estimate to get someone here. He left the job unfinished, then came back more than two weeks later almost 10 hours late. Gave my mom sass when she insisted he finish the work to the degree that was promised in the original estimate. And its still not done! Also its so hard to get the project director on the phone and the phone inbox is full. Garbage customer service, totally unprofessional.

Home Squared Pro is a company I’ve used for handyman work, home projects, and even painting the exterior of my house. Their work is consistently excellent, and they never cut corners. No job feels too small or too big for their team. Their employees are kind, respectful, and extremely hardworking. Communication with project managers Kurt and Damien has been fantastic. They are responsive, frequently check in on projects, and are always reachable when needed. It’s reassuring to know I can rely on a company that consistently delivers quality work and great service. Highly recommend.

Possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The work was fine but not polished at all like promised. Rex specifically was horrible to work with, provided a wildly inaccurate quote and made errors with billing and threatened me with action when I was asking simple questions about elements that didn’t match up (after they’d already admitted to making errors to the tune of $300 on billing) DO NOT WORK WITH THEM

My former generator guru retired and I had to find a replacement. Thought I would give HOME SQUARE a try.. 2 Techs came (one learning) and thought they had fixed it...but it malfunctioned AGAIN...Tech came back & brought Kristopher, head of generator division. They were more than kind, knowledgeable made a fix that functioned for 10 weeks and then went into ' over crank' again.Original tech 'Anthony' came back in early April and spliced starter relay wires. It is working again. Both of these gentlemen gave me their personal contact numbers because they know how critical having a generator function in an outage is for my survival. I appreciate their extra efforts on my behalf..and hope this is the solution that keeps it running a full year. I trust Anthony & Kris...and await a Home Square handyman tomorrow.
