The two energetic young men from Home Valet Pros were very nice, down to earth, and able to answer any questions without hesitation. They gave lots of helpful information the first time we met. They came promptly to take a took at what needed to be done and gave an estimate of the amount of time needed and the price. They later returned on the scheduled date and time agreed to, seamlessly removed an old vertical split-rail fence post that had broken off at ground level and was imbedded in deep ivy and ground soil. I thought that they might have trouble with digging through and removing ivy to reach the post, let alone get to the bottom of the post, imbedded in pretty deep soil, to remove it. These guys do not waste your time! They were able to remove the post without any hesitation and to replace it with the new post, which l had bought. They then reconstructed the horizontal fence posts that had collapsed into the ivy when the old vertical post had fallen down. I was very impressed and asked them what other kinds of work they could do. They mentioned a variety of outdoor and indoor home maintenance tasks. Home Valet Pros is a fairly new company with technicians who are honest, reliable and capable of doing a very good job. I am happy to recommend them, especially when it is not that easy right now to find good home maintenance technicians.

Will and James gave my home a thorough inspection and performed some of the routine maintenance tasks that I tend to put off until it’s too late. I had my first visit from Home Valet Pros this morning and was impressed. The two techs –Will and James -- were professional and walked me through what they were planning to do, including a few handyman chores I had requested. I usually wait until a sink is backed up before calling a plumber but snaking out drains is something they routinely do on a quarterly visit. They also lubricated my garage doors, again just one of many tasks on the usual maintenance package. Great service.
