Roof replacement in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio In searching for roofer's Dominic Anders at Hometown Roofing returned my calls, stopped by my house several times. I had contacted three other company's for estimates. After the initial inspection and estimate. I felt pressure to sign a contract. I need photo's for my insurance company and I could not get a return call from these company's. Dominic educated me on roofs and the process of take down all the way to completion. When the roofers came, Dominic stopped by several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Hometown cleaned my yard so well there was nothing left behind. Seriously , I would not recommend any other comapny. Tina

Hometown constructed a new screened in porch. This company's communication surpassed all other contractors that we have dealt with. They always returned phone calls either the day I called or in a day or two at the very most. This included after the porch was completed. During the walk through after the porch was completed, when we had a few small items that we wanted redone, I expected them to put up a fuss. Just because that's what contractors usually do. But this company agreed with us, took care of it quickly, and it was done. We love the porch, the workmanship, and their commitment to get it done right. They were so easy to work with. I don't usually write reviews about contractors, but this one was special.

I contacted Hometown Roofing the day after a wind storm blew many shingles off my roof and Ryan was at my house within hours to do an inspection and patch work. He also had some guys come out next day to do siding repair. Ryan was quick and professional throughout the whole sales process and was able to match the estimate that insurance gave me for a new roof. The crew that did the roof worked over 12 hours to make sure it got done in one day. The thing I was most nervous about was the cleanup, and the guys did a fantastic job. I have not found a single nail almost two weeks later.

Rick and all the guys that worked on my historic house did such a great and professional job! When you need a company that understands historic homes and will take the time to do it right, with the right materials, without compromising or destroying the original architecture, then Hometown Roofing is who you can trust! Whenever we uncovered an area that needed repairs or reworking, they were great about discussing it with me and everyone agreeing on the course of action. (Not at all like some companies that will re-roof right over rotted places and not even mention it to you, just so they can get it done faster.) They were the only company (out of 6 bids) that discussed proper venting of my roof at all! Overall, so professional, and I'd highly recommend them, especially for historic properties.

Really pleased with our new roof and gutters. Got the best material available on the market today, and confident with the 50-year warranty. Crews took good care of our property and cleaned up well, and comes with a final QC inspection and signoff. Reasonable price and delivered as quoted to the penny. Highly recommend!
