From initial contact to finish was a pleasant experience. Prompt arrival, conducted a thorough inspection, had all the up to date tools and equipment, happy to answer any questions and I had a full report along with many color pictures in my computer within 2 hrs. What more can I ask for. Christian appears to be a well self disciplined individual and I would definitely call him again if the occasion arises

Highly recommend Nate and Homestead Property Inspections. He recently inspected a home we are purchasing in Florida. Nate is responsive, communicates quickly and clearly, and, most importantly performs a thorough inspection of the property.
