Matt was incredibly thorough, experienced, and took all my first time homeowner questions in stride. I appreciate the full report with priority labeling, saying what is a big issue vs not. Absolutely worth the money and peace of mind to know what issues are lurking in an older home. Matt went above and beyond to crawl in the attic, poke around in the basement, etc.

We had a great experience with our home inspector Tyler, He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to explain everything to us, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what he was looking at and why it was important.
We really appreciated how patient and detailed he was. He didn’t make us feel rushed or like we were asking too many questions. His professionalism and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence in the inspection process.

We are new to the whole home buying game, and our inspector, Kyle Jensen, gave us a complete play by play of what was potentially a problem, a definite problem, and what to do should the builder not opt to fix the smaller things. We left the inspect feeling 100% confident in our home purchase and he made it so incredibly easy to ask a billion questions!!! Really hope he's still in the inspection business when it's time for the kids to start home buying.
