Homes on Web recently sold our home and we were very happy with the service they provided. Mark was very quick at coming to view and value the house and did not put us under any pressure to choose their services over others. Their rate was very competitive compared to the other quotes we got and the staff were always a delight to talk to. We received multiple good offers within a week of the property being listed. HOW were very accommodating when it came to us being out of the country for a period of time while the sale was going through. The fact that they are a small business was a positive as there were relatively few staff to get to know and most of our interactions were directly Mark. Would highly recommend!

Homes on Web were amazing from start to finish. Mark was honestly brilliant—he managed to get me into my new home in just 6–7 weeks and went above and beyond to make it happen. At one point, he even contacted a previous customer just to help avoid delays with the council, which I really appreciated. He also recommended a great solicitor who was super on it throughout, and even they spoke really highly of the estate agents—which says a lot! It was clear they all worked well together, which helped keep everything moving. Mark kept me in the loop the whole time and would always chase things when needed, including giving me a nudge if I was the one holding things up.
