We're not through this yet. However, for some reason, the wrong unit was ordered. The fan keeps running, making too much noise at night. The heating has has been okay. The technicians have been great in diagnosing the problem as needing a replacement circuit board. Hopefully, tomorrow all will be resolved.

Home Serve is really amazing!! I signed up 2 months ago. A technician came this week. Cleaned the unit and made sure everything was fine. He detected one issue and another technician came the next day to fix (replace Zone Valve) the issue. Works perfect now. Very professional and talented crew. Highly recommend. No additional fees for repair. Actually shocked at that.

I have Home Serve for a long time with a contract for a long time and they are very knowledgeable of what they do and on time all the time you well get a email and text saying that technician is on his way

Highly disappointed with the services. When considering the price tag to come and check my boiler annually. It is not worth it.
It started when I recently had my boiler's annual check check. A service they provide quite well. It was found that the boiler was carbonized. Home Service doesn't cover that in their contract. So I had to find and pay a repairman out of pocket.
The repair man stated that I need a new pilot light. When I spoke with Home Serve they said they couldn't replace it until it stop working. Now here I am about 3 weeks later and my boiler pilot light just went out. 20 degrees outside and no heat for me or my tenants. Not a good look.
I called Home Serve and of course they don't have emergency services. I was told to wait 24 hours before a repair person comes. I don't want to risk the health of my tenant or risk any of my pipes freezing.
Once again I have find someone and pay them to fix this issue. I thought that why I was paying Home Serve. Moving forward I'll save the several hundred dollars going to Home Serve, pay for the annual boiler check out of pocket ($200 - $350). Then pay for any other services need. Why not? I'm doing it any way.
Moral of the story buyer beware!
I was totally satisfied with the technician. He was very efficient and very informative. Great job!

We have a policy with HomeServe. We called on a Wednesday afternoon and on Thursday morning at 8:00 am there was a wonderful repair person (Panama) who came and serviced our boiler - we had a warm home again!
