Our dryer vent goes to our roof from the lower level. It has been a misery to our laundry jobs. We also had a miserable mess with the local venting hose. We needed significant overhaul. -----With class, wisdom and ease, Justin went to work on giving us the solutions and made them happen. We are so grateful for the incredible work. We had a blockage in our dryer vent. I called Homesafe this morning (5/2/2024) to inquire on getting it cleaned. Ozzy showed up and was extremely professional. He performed his initial inspection and explained in detail the price it would be to elevate the issue. Not only did we agree to have him clean the dryer vent, which had a massive birds nest in it, but also replace the external vent cover. I would strongly recommend Ozzy and Homesafe Dryer Vent Specialist.

Called them out to clean a dryer pipe and replace the roof vent. They came out the next day and did a wonderful job! They even matched and replaced my shingles around the vent. Ozzie the dryer specialist who serviced my dryer was pleasant and very thorough in evaluating the issues with my dryer. Ozzie showed me exactly what venting services were needed so my dryer would dry efficiently. Ozzie, professionally (without pressure) recommended HomeSafe products and services that would benefit my dryer and venting system.
