George immediately: knew the problem, went out of his way to get us an ASAP booking, and his tech, Emanuel, was outstanding and fixed our problem almost instantly.

Excellent experience. Called, and was connected to owner who scheduled our dryer vent cleaning for the day and time we requested. The tech, Lisandro, texted he was on the way and arrived a few minutes early. He explained the cleaning process and immediately started. Start to finish took about 40 minutes to clear out at least 30 years worth of lint and other gunk from the dryer vent and dryer itself. He cleaned the area of all dust, put the dryer back in place, then went on the roof to check all looked okay. Really appreciated his work and friendliness. We will use Home Safe again for our daughter’s dryer vent cleaning and ask that Lisandro do the servicing.

Showed on time, courteous, though and I will have them back. Not much more than you could ask for. During the cleaning it was discovered that the vent itself was not fireproof. They came back a few days later to remidy the situation. Asked to be put on a regular schedule for future vent cleaning.

I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and great attention to detail that Lisandro,( dryer vent cleaning)and Antonio ( Air Duct cleaning)provided. I needed a cost efficient way to clean my dryer vent and air ducts in a rental I'm currently residing in . As a result, the owner Jorge sent these young men to provide next level service to remedy my problems. I'm already referring Homesafe to my neighbors in the same situation.

Outstanding job! Emanuel described every step taken in detail. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. Completely cleaned the dryer duct and repaired a hole in the flexible duct. Highly recommend Homesafe for dryer duct cleaning.
