My partner and I recently bought our house through Homecastle. From the first viewing to completion, the entire team were fantastic.
Throughout the process, they were not only communicative and professional, but friendly and understanding. We felt that their experience really enabled us to trust the (very stressful!) process of buying a house, which meant so much to us, and has helped us feel relaxed in the new phase of enjoying our new home.
Dawn was extremely helpful with helping us navigate each twist and turn, and Angus was an incredible advocate in the final stage of completion. Everyone at the office helped us at some point, and the fact that we knew everyone by the end says a lot about their team and way of working.

Wow-where do I start! Service from the whole team at Homecastle was off the chart, in the most superb manner.
Communication was excellent. Dawn would chase relevant people when needed without us asking. My Mum felt relaxed knowing they had everything in hand. Would highly recommend!

Thank you to Dawn and the team for sticking with what can only be described as a long and drawn out sale through no fault of Homecastle I might add. Other agents may well of given up but Homecastle didn't until the sale was over the line.

Absolutely phenomenal service. This was my first time buying a home, and I mostly dealt with Dawn and Jodie, who was a pleasure everytime, but the whole team are really friendly, professional and willing to go that extra mile for you. Dawn always kept me in the loop, and having autism, I do not deal with change well, but any questions/problems were always dealt with quickly and in a way I could understand, which is crucial as most contact was by phone/email. From start to finish the whole experience felt like the right way to buy or sell a house, and then when you throw in Angus's random facts, how could I not fully recommend them. Thank you all so much.
