I don’t know how to even begin saying how thankful I am for Ryan, Danielle, and the rest of the team. I’ve been looking to sell my grandmas house which needed a ton of work done to it that I would never have been able to afford. We made the decision to move due to my husband’s job, but also to better our life as a family. The only issue was trying to sell the old house. We understand this is a business for you. What is very sad and shady as a company is not being up front, and say..... we pay on normal X percent of market on AVERAGE, and we do this for all the benefits listed above.

If you would’ve spoken with Brad or myself during 9-5 office hours we would’ve been able to tell you that if you were to sell your house on the open market at $50,000, typically you’d net 40-45,000 depending on inspection repairs.
However, listing price does not mean selling price. I have no information to go off of, but typically cash offers are 5-10,000 less in that price range in exchange for an as-is easy sale. That is in no way a quote or offer, just an example.
