Chris and Holly wonderful. Hand helped me through the whole process of selling the house and buying a house at the same exact time which is extremely tricky. They talk me through everything and even basically help me move completely. They’re available anytime when you call them with questions or reference for people, I would need to help me make the move. I was referred to Holly by a friend and when I first met with her last year and she assured me that it would be "easy peasy" to rent my house out for 6 months whilst I was overseas I had no hesitation in using her. Unfortunately things did not work out as "easy peasy" as she predicted. She could not find me a tenant until the week I was due to leave and then told me the tenant she found could only sign for 4 months instead of the 6 months I required. I felt forced in to a situation that was not ideal but accepted the tenant anyway as it was better than nothing. When that tenant left after 4 months again she said it would be "easy peasy" to find someone for the remaining 2 months but could not even get a viewing for me! In the meantime she was in my house and left 3 lemons in the center of my beautiful marble dining room table which of course rotted over the 2 months before my return and totally damaged the $2000 table. Not only has she refused to take responsibility for her stupidity but she has only offered a small fraction of what it will cost for me to replace it. I am extremely disappointed that someone I trusted to be in my house in my absence could have caused damage to my furniture and not offer to get a replacement. I would not trust Holly or her partner Chris to sell or rent your house out if you are a remote owner or landlord.
Holly and Chris did an incredible job helping us purchase our first home. They were professional, patient, knowledgeable and advocated for us every step of the way. They also had great recommendations for various contractors even after we completed the sale and they didn’t have incentive to continue helping us out. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Holly and Chris are seriously the best in the business! From the very beginning to the finish line, they are there with you every step of the way. Anticipating obstacles, guiding with their expert advice and never afraid to be direct - all with kindness and grace. It was a difficult market to search in and yet they managed to help us find the perfect home and then ready our other house for sale. Add in the pressure of a non negotiable due date (babies are born when they want to be born) they hustled to get all the pieces together just in the knick of time. They are professional in every way and always go above and beyond, even still, a year after closing! Their network is extensive!
When it came to selling our home, Holly and Chris took time to stage (using their own acquired staging furniture and items) in a beautifully understated way that made anyone walking in feel like they could live there. And when it came to finding our new home, we must have looked at dozens of houses - and put in many offers. The market was competitive and we were using a VA loan, somewhat of a unicorn in terms of loans which unfortunately didn't stand a chance against the more traditional loans. They kept our heads high and did so much research to try to present us the best way they possibly could! And it worked!! We love the house we now call home - our boys are so happy, we've already created so many lasting memories in it.
We are so blessed to have stumbled upon them - they caught us when we were feeling defeated, took our hands and blazed the way forward. They were our guiding lights, our heroes, and now our family.
