We purchased our home in Clermont Florida and decided we wanted to add a pool. After researching reviews and visiting the offices of local pool builders in the area we decided to go with Holland Pool. That was most definitely the right choice. I find Holland to be outstanding in all aspects. The experience started with Kim our sales person Kim Nicholson is very knowledgeable and designed our pool. she was available at all times and days to accommodate our inputs and changes to the design. She is very attentive, patient and paid special attention to our need. she walked us though every step of what to expect from design to construction. Kim also helped us obtain our enclosure and helped us negotiate the price. That brings us to Project manager Tyler. He was amazing. Tyler was on site almost everyday to monitor the construction and kept us abreast of every phase of the construction in a timely matter. He made sure all aspects of the construction was accomplished with highest of standards. Tyler and Kim answered every call for issues and concerns or just questions. Tyler was also on top of vendors to assure the site was return original state. I feel Tyler, the project manager, and Kim our designer deserve special recognition for the care and attention of the project from start to finish. The finished product is fantastic.
If you are lookin to build a pool, I most definitely recommend Holland Pools. Give them a call.

First off, our salesman Marshall was fantastic! He was so patient throughout the selection process. Tyler our foreman, continued to impress us with his knowledge and communication skills. He kept us informed of the schedule and timeline from beginning to end. Together we had the perfect pair! We couldn’t be happier with the results!

We enlisted Holland Pools to build with our new Taylor Morrison home. This makes the new house more expensive but it has made our move in easier and cleaner. The builder’s warranty also applies to the pool. Pete was patient and innovative with the design, Brad supervised the construction, Danielle has promptly scheduled “pool school” and work, and Ashlee has done the warranty work. All four of these folks have been personable and professional and we couldn’t be happier with the end product.

Kim and Brad were great. Pool completed as we wanted and in only two weeks after estimated completion date. They made it super easy and everything worked as planned. I highly recommend them for your pool.

Our experience with Holland was fantastic! We were complete novices when it came to knowing about pools or what we wanted and they guided us along each step of the way. The finished project was amazing and has complete changed the way our family enjoys our backyard!
We started our design journey with Steve who was a pleasure to work with. He told us which options made sense and which didn't and created detailed 3D renders which helped us decide on a layout. At no point did I get the sense he was trying to upsell on options which made it easy to trust his advice. He was also very patient as we iterated on the pool design.
Brad our site supervisor was also amazing to work with. From our kickoff meeting where he outlined each step of the build we had clarity on what was happening each week. We also hit the timelines he outlined and actually finished our build a couple of weeks early! Other people who also had pools built were surprised at how quickly things got done! Brad was alongside us each step of the way, answering questions, providing advice, and generally taking care of any questions we had.
I'm going to add a bit of reality to this post as well for anyone out there thinking of building:
1. Things WILL go wrong along the way.
2. Unexpected issues WILL crop up.
3. Some things WILL get damaged around the property.
4. Expect your yard and accessway to be a waste land through the process.
The above will happen regardless of the pool company you choose. What really matters is the following:
1. How knowledgeable is your sales person? Do they have your interests in mind or are they just trying to move on to the next sale?
2. How reputable and reliable are the subcontractors the company uses?
3. How knowledgeable and responsive is your site supervisor (the company rep who interfaces with all the sub contractors)? Are they able to foresee issues and mitigate them before they happen?
4. How reputable is the pool company itself? Have they been in business a long time or will they go out of business in the middle of your pool build and leave you with a hole in the ground?
5. How committed are they to standing by the work done by their subcontractors and making things right when issues invariably arise?
As far as Holland is concerned I can say they met all the criteria above.

We had an amazing experience with Holland Pools. Our design consultant Kim took the time to make sure everything we were looking for was put in the perfect spot. She had great communication as well. Tyler our construction lead was the best. He texted and called continuously throughout the entire process. I honestly did not believe him when he told us it would be dig to swim in eight weeks. They did it and we couldn’t be more happy with the finished product. Ashley came out a few times after the build was complete and was also great. She made time to answer our questions and gave our dog lots of pets.

Wow is an understatement on the amazing team and work provided by Holland Pools. Where do I start? Started with Steve who was super responsive and assisted us in the quote process through our sign on and selection process all the way down to the permitting and even put together our HOA ARB requests..Just a wonderful person with a great, friendly personality.
Now moving on to Brad...the project manager.... Hands down amazing as well! Very informative from the very beginning to the very end. Very responsive even to my frantic texts time to time :) He is super knowledgable in what he does and is very involved and present during the entire build process. Feels like we have known him forever now!
Overall, we are beyond impressed with the quality of the pool/screen enclosure, pavers, and all the "behind the scenes" process to get to the finish line.
This company deserves 10 stars!!

Mostly great experience. Steve came out to do the initial consult and design and he couldn't have been any greater! Very enthusiastic and genuinely loves what he does. The construction went quickly but I was constantly having to ask the project manager what was going on, communication was terrible. After I paid the final check, communication was like pulling teeth - it has been a month since I've last heard from him to complete the final small project items. I called the office to check on this and the lady I spoke to seemed annoyed and justified it because he's "been busy with other projects." That's been a source of frustration but the overall product came out great and seems to be good quality!

I can't begin to express from start to finish what our experience was with Holland Pools. Pete our sales guy made the process so easy and simple. He was so knowledgeable and so excited for us that it really made the process so enjoyable. Once we got the ball rolling and moved to production our site developer Tyler was incredible. He was prompt with everything from start to finish. From answering our phone calls and numerous text messages, he was always on top of everything. The whole project was literally done in 8 weeks and we were able to enjoy some summer fun in the pool. I highly recommend Holland pools and spa along with Pete as your sales man and Tyler as your site developer. I can't thank you guys enough!!!!!

Our experience with Holland was very easy. We started with Marshall as our consultant. He was patient with us as it took us 6 months to decide on the final look. He worked his magic to fit all of our wants into our budget. He made some great suggestions that turned out great in the end. Scott went through the contract to make sure we understood everything before the start of construction. Scott was very helpful in the transition to construction. Brad was out project manager. He kept us in the loop step by step through the construction process. There were changes that we wanted and Brad worked with the crew to make us happy. Working with Brad was like dealing with a friend... easy and chill. We are very picky and particular, and Brad addressed all the fine details to make us happy. We shopped several other pool builders in Orlando and their staff was not as friendly and accommodating as Holland Pools. In the end everyone at Holland (mainly Brad and Marshall) did a fantastic job. The pool turned out better than we expected. Brad even reached out months after the pool was completed to check in. I would recommend Holland Pool to anyone with confidence.
Update to my review. The building process was great. The post build was not so much. I've been trying to reach someone at Holland Pool for a few weeks regarding stains on the finish. My pool was completed in February. I've text, emailed, and even some to the warranty repair woman. No one seems to care since they are paid in full. I'm hoping this review will get the appropriate attention to get my issue fixed.
UPDATE 8/2025... Danielle and Richard reached out in late June and started working on our issue. Richard came out with the company that did the surface and had them refinish the entire pool surface. Final product was excellent and to our satisfaction. Thanks Richard.

The process from begining to the end was absolutely amazing!!! I had a pool done befire with another company and it was a nightmare and I can only say WONDERFUL things about Holland Pools. Pete my sales person was the best in the business. Tyler my construction manager was so amazing always keeping me updated on weekly progress and so nice to deal with. The ladies in the office from accounting to permit OMG piece of cake. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful pool stress free 😍

Our Sales Rep. Pete Starks and our construction Supervisor Brad have been amazing in the entire pool process. Pete gave us plenty of options and customizations to build our custom pool. I retired to Florida in 2024 and one of my goals was to create a backyard oasis with a salt water pool. Holland Pools was recommended to me by my contractor. After meeting with the pool designer he designed the perfect oasis. Holland Pools executed this project with superior project management and a great construction crew.
