We had a wonderful experience with the training program at Holiday House. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the entire staff was professional, knowledgeable and caring. Mark and his team truly moved mountains with our three year old lab during his stay. The progress he has made exceeded our expectations. Mark takes his work very seriously and is genuinely committed to helping both dogs and their owners succeed. We are extremely grateful for all of their hard work, dedication, and support! Very expensive and I specifically asked for female staff only to handle my anxious dog and that request was not followed. I told them my dog gets very nervous around men and can trigger reactivity, however some man handled her anyway then went on to tell me how "concerning" her behavior was. None of these behaviors were new, again I notified all staff, so if anything the only thing I found concerning was paying almost 400$ to board my dog for the weekend just to have the staff mishandle her, causing her more stress then making her out to be some kind of dangerous animal.

While we absolutely take note of each pet’s preferences and needs, including sensitivities, we are not always able to guarantee that a dog will interact exclusively with a specific gender or staff member during their stay. Our team includes female and male caregivers, all of whom are extensively trained in pet handling, behaviors, and compassionate care. We want to reassure you that your dog was never mishandled, and the comfort and safety of our guests are top priorities. Communication with pet parents is important to us, and any observations shared were intended to keep you informed and support her well-being while in our care, and never as a negative label.

After a bad experience at another groomer, this place is so welcoming! They were professional and did an excellent job of grooming my dog with such care especially since my dog is a Senior dog.

I would double the stars if it was an option. My girl Sookie is 16 & I love her sooo much. Everytime I bring her in for a pampering bath, they always do such a wonderful job. They show her so much love & always do such a Wonderful job. I will always bring my Furbabies to Holiday House. Every Employee has always treated all of our furbabies as if they were their own & I can'task for any better then that!!! If your furbaby is looking for a loving place to get bathed then I highly recommend you take them to Holiday House Groomer. Aside from their main location, they also have another location right in town.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kelly. She has been grooming our two senior dogs, Hanna (our Australian Shepherd) and Bell (our Maltese), and the level of care, patience, and compassion she shows them is truly exceptional. Both of our girls have senior needs. Bell has dementia, and Hanna has mobility issues with her back legs. Kelly is always incredibly mindful of their limitations, moving at their pace, keeping them calm, and treating them with so much gentleness and respect. She never rushes them and always makes their comfort the priority. What truly sets Kelly apart is that she treats our dogs as if they were her own. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that kind of thoughtfulness is priceless, especially when trusting someone with senior pets. We always leave knowing Hanna and Bell were not only beautifully groomed, but lovingly cared for. If you’re looking for a groomer who is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and truly understands senior dogs, Kelly is the absolute best. We are beyond grateful to have found her and wouldn’t trust our girls with anyone else. 🐾💙

This place is just a joke. 7 month cat was boarded for 2 nights . After we picked the kitten up , it was stressed, vomiting and plus diarrhea . We weight it at home lost close to 1lb. We dropped the kitten with the food so it can enjoy the food it was eating daily . We paid $42 per day for extra fun for kitten ( besides the lodge). Now we are at the VET for the kitten, looks like she has some stomach virus! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. JUST SCAM FOR RESORT. Maybe day care okay but RESORT SYSTEM IS TRULY BAD. And please when you say to people about resort plans tell them you charge plans separate from lodging. I will give an update little later what VET will say and upload the pictures.
