Extremely easy to use! Website is exceptionally easy to navigate and setting up a policy was clear and simple! The signs shipped so fast we thought there was no way they'd be correct (we made a change) and they arrived the next day and were perfect!!! Whoever is running the sign/shipping department is a superhero, because that felt impossibly fast! Unfortunately no one hit the Hole-in-One, so I can't speak to the redemption process. However, I can only assume its as simple as setting up the policy. Will ABSOLUTELY use again!!! Our golfers loved the challenge and said we have to go it again next year!

Good products, but paid $25 for express shipping for our tournament on Saturday and the signage did not get delivered until Monday morning so we did not have and signage for the day of the tournament.
