Fantastic Organisational Culture Pros:I have worked for HLTH Compliance since March 2025 and this is honestly the most rewarding role I have ever had. There is a warmth and passion underpinning the organisational culture and I feel my work is valued and appreciated. I have a great relationship with the team and have found that the CEO's honest and transparent leadership makes HLTH Compliance a great place to work. Cons:I wish I'd started my role sooner as I'd be further forward with the improvement journey I'm on. Advice to Management:Keep up the positive leadership.

I am grateful for all the help and support from HLTH. I have used their service for CQC registration and website development. For CQC registration, big shout out to Luke Ryland (helping with the actual registration process), Dorianne Bailey (coach for CQC interview practice), and Allison Bruce (policy writer). I did get my CQC registration rather smoothly with NO amendments required. Just one submission, one interview and then approved. This is I believe due to the minute detail of the preparation work HLTH group did for me. For website development, thank you to James Hume and his team for creating my domain website and the endless changes that I had requested. Thank you for your patience! I would recommend HLTH Compliance to anyone that is liking for help with policies and preparation for interview, Luke was amazing in supporting me in training session, additionally I enrolled on their e-learning platform and must say I've never seen so easy to read, nicely done and interesting e learning modules, main difference to any other modules I've ever seen as clinician is that this are actually interesting and enjoyable. Strongly recommended.

I’m so glad we found HLTH Group. We had struggled to register our private surgical clinic, and after two failed registrations decided to instruct the experts. We didn’t realise the level of detail required in our application and how much we had overlooked previously. Once we started working with HLTH Group, we realised we were in safe hands. Jayne Downey was unbelievably knowledgeable about the clinical detail required in our application documents, and our site inspection from Doriann left no stone unturned. We were able to make significant improvements and updates to the clinic before our inspector visited. We successfully gained CQC registration just 4 months after instructing HLTH Group. Do not waste your time (time is money!) on trying to knock your own application together, registering with the CQC is really tough! Call HLTH Group and get it right the first time. You’ll receive support from multiple team members and it will all feel easy. Special thank you to Allison for all of your help with our policies. I’ve never seen policies so detailed!

Great collaboration Pros:The workload can be busy, but with a team that truly feels like a family, the tasks become much more manageable. There’s a strong sense of support and collaboration, with everyone willing to help one another. The environment encourages learning and growth, and even during the busiest periods, the teamwork makes coming to work enjoyable. Challenges are inevitable, but this strong team tackles them together effectively. We also have weekly staff meetings to share updates and discuss ways to improve and provide even better services, which helps everyone stay informed and engaged. Cons:Deadlines can be demanding at times, but the team’s support makes them a lot easier.

Great place to grow and work with supportive people Pros:I’ve been at HLTH Group for more than a year, and it’s been a really positive experience overall. The company has a strong culture of learning and teamwork, and people are always willing to lend a hand. Management is approachable and open to feedback, which makes a big difference day to day. There are plenty of chances to take on new projects and develop your skills if you’re motivated. Work-life balance is pretty good, and the leadership team genuinely cares about employee well-being. Dear Luke, I just finished my mock CQC interview with Doriann Bailey and thought of sending a short message of appreciation for allocating her to me. To start, Doriann was so pleasant whilst being strict in her approach with the CQC requirements. She helped me a lot in understanding what a CQC interviewer would look out for and how best to present my facts in such a way to help me score the maximum marks. Whilst it was a bit of wait to have this practice with Doriann (because she is very busy!), the wait was definitely worthwhile. If there is a 5 star rating system, I will rate her 5 for every domain from being knowledgable, responsive, communicative, personalised approach, and many more. I contacted the HLTH group to support with my CQC registration as a new business. My main point of contact was Ellen Goring and I would highly recommend both her and the company for the support that was given. They were competitive on price and their staff are all well experienced. Not only did Ellen support with the content of my application but also providing me with a deeper understanding of all the policies which related to me being able to run my business to the highest standards. I was given interview prep by Doriann as she was great at getting the best out of me and giving me valuable tips to help me succeed. Completing an application and all the work after to get to the end point is rigorous and can be very complicated but having the HLTH group supporting my business was the best decision I made. I feel confident to now run my business to the standards expected by the CQC. I recently received the good news that I passed and have received my CQC registration and I wanted to say a big thank you to the HLTH for all the valuable support.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. We had several requests from our CQC registration inspector to edit things and wanted policies we didn’t have. Generally within a 24 hour period Ellen and the team managed to create these, send us a draft and get them done and sent back to the CQC. We had Jayne Downey who helped us submit the actual application and she was a great support throughout. Thanks to you guys, we are now CQC registered. Thank you so much. Also received a massive hamper box today with some goodies in. Have added photos of these before I scoff them. Will be recommending you guys to anyone else who’s looking to become CQC registered.
