I have been assisted by Jeremy, my exercise physiologist and the results have been amazingly encouraging! Aside from his inner sadistic side, which reveals itself when handing me an oversized, red headband (with a evil smile on his face that would rival a Cheshire cat), he's lovely. I have seen extraordinary results in the reduction of my overall pain and significant increases in my strength. Would definitely recommend his expertise, for anyone with a WorkCover injury.

I highly recommend David’s approach to improving your game. He starts with a thorough assessment to identify physical limitations — in my case, a serious lack of rotational mobility — then designs a personalised 6-week program to address them. At the end of 6 weeks he reassesses your progress against key benchmarks before building the next phase, so you’re always training with purpose. David’s programming integrates seamlessly with my existing training (I’m a bodybuilder) rather than conflicting with it. Weekly check-ins have also enabled the program to be adjusted as needed (I’ve been rehabbing a tendon injury). I’ve just done my 6 week reassessment and I’ve really improved my ability to rotate and swing a golf club smoothly. If you’re serious about improving your golf performance through targeted strength and conditioning, David is the person to see.​​​​​​​​​

I cannot recommend David’s program enough for those wanting to improve their strength and mobility. The assessment component was fascinating, highlighting areas in need of improvement that I had not realised were deficient. I noticed a difference in strength after the first four weeks of training. Not only has this helped on the golf course but it’s translated across to other areas of life as well. Thank you David for an excellent program!

Amber the physio and Lauren the OT are such legends! They have been excellent with my disabled wife and we have been working with them for 2 years! Amber has helped increase my wife's strength a huge amount over the 2 year period and Lauren has creative, based solutions to everyday problems she encounters. They are both so friendly and my wife has no issue opening up to them, it really is nice to see!

David really knows his stuff. In 2022 I suffered a serious knee injury (torn acl, mcl and meniscus). After surgery and a few years of seeing different physio’s, strength and conditioning coaches even a few injections I was still struggling to build strength and power. Thanks to David I saw big improvements in just a few weeks and I’m now getting back to playing golf and running with no pain. I’ve also noticed big improvements in overall mobility and strength. I’m seeing the ball fly further. Just need to sort out hitting it straighter. But thats on me. Thanks David.

I have been attending Hiya Health Labrador since November last year. Initially I felt quite apprehensive about attending, as it had been a long time since I'd exercised. My experience with Keaton, the exercise physiologist has been overwhelmingly positive. Aside from his professionalism, he is supportive and genuinely invested in my progress and keeps me motivated throughout my health journey.
