Well if that's customer service that is something I haven't seen in a long time. Kyle was above and beyond this man I would never let go. If I were you and if I ever open a company like yours, I will be headhunting for him. Great job. Never lost his temper. Were you having a little problem? As a matter of fact, I think I'm going to have to have work done that I'm trying to push off but with this guy I believe that I should just do it with him. I actually trust this guy and I recommend this company. I really have never seen a person go as above and beyond as Kyle did for me

As soon as he heard my concerns and checked out the system, he knew immediately what needed to be done to correct the problem.
He explained it well and proceeded to get it up and running.

Hi-Vac did a great job fitting us in in for a service call same-day. Verol was very polite and professional. While our A/C unit is 16 years old, and probably close to being ready to be replaced, he identified the bad part and gave us the option of just replacing that. He explained the options and the risks well and even helped me debug a problem with my wi-fi thermostat. Great job, Verol and Hi-Vac!
