Hitman was on the ball with our job. We were very time constricted due to the sale of our house behind dependent on us having some foundation work complete. Hitman was able to give an inspection, quote, complete the foundation work, and tuckpoint parts of our house in less than 2 weeks! They had a very fair price and the crew that came to work on our house was awesome. We had two foundation piers installed in a tight area in the back of our home. Hitman had no problem completing the work and they went above and beyond for us to be happy! Everyone on their team has been super responsive and eager to help with whatever we need!! 10/10 recommend them!

I am pleased and confident with the work and would use Hitman again. We had some waterproofing remediation done in our basement floor and also work in a crawlspace. I appreciated the opportunities to discuss options and feel we aligned the work to what I needed - not a one-size-fits-all. From the process, and discussions before and after, I have a much better understanding of how my house is setup to manage water. There were a couple instances where communication was not great. And coordination with me on details of how some of the work was done could have been better.

Hitman Solutions came highly recommended to us by two separate neighbors, and after working with Bill and his team, it’s easy to see why. We received several quotes before hiring Hitman Solutions, but many felt expensive largely because they were exploratory rather than specific. Bill took a much more thoughtful approach during the estimating process. He spent time identifying the likely source of the issue, clearly explained what he was seeing, and provided a more targeted and reasonable solution instead of just quoting worst-case scenarios. Throughout the process, he came across as knowledgeable, fair, and honest. Once the work began, Bill and his crew were professional, thorough, and clearly cared about doing the job the right way. They went above and beyond expectations, communicated well, and made us feel like they were focused on helping us solve the problem for the long term rather than simply getting through the project. Excellent work on a 1931 block basement. Our non-profit bought a home to restore that had many issues we weren't aware of at time of purchase. The biggest problems to immediately address were a bowing basement wall up against the concrete driveway, a section of block missing from the center support wall, flooding anytime it rained and a quarter of the basement was still a crawlspace. The crawlspace dirt was held back by a thin layer of concrete that had been crumbling over time, so the dirt was sliding into the remainder of the basement. Adding to this, most of the problems were hidden behind large amounts of old shelving and rusted items left by the previous homeowner. Michael at Hitman spent the time to try to track the issues down so we could deal with the biggest problems. After the initial quotes, he came back a second time to take a series of short videos. These were used to show our board members at the next meeting. The videos were extremely helpful to review and discuss as a group what we wanted to do. The final work we agreed to involved two new Michigan ledges to contain the crawlspace, new interior French drains to stop the flooding, a new sump pump, the block was replaced in the center support wall and 3 carbon fiber straps were installed to stop future bowing of the wall by the driveway. Last but definitely not least, we agreed to pay extra to get the old shelving tore down and debris taken out that we couldn't carry out ourselves. These two photos show the before and after of one section of the basement. This is the new Michigan ledge holding back the part of the basement that is a crawl space and new drains. It's incredible the change. I can also verify, the basement hasn't flooded since.

We had some dampness in our crawl space and also were concerned about possible mold being present. We contacted three (3) companies that handled wet or damp crawl spaces and got bids from all three. We chose Hitman Solutions due to feedback we received from references they provided us, their detailed quote for work to be done and the reasonable cost for this project. Sean contacted us on when his team would start and they were there on time to start work on our crawl space. Team sprayed crawl space with disinfectant & we had to be out of our house for about 6 hours till smell dispersed some. There was a little miscommunication between workers and what our contract called for but after speaking with Sean, this was resolved and all the work promised was completed. Team installing the vapor barrier did run short of vapor barrier to finish project so Sean did have to order additional vapor barrier to complete work. It took about two weeks to get in additional vapor barrier but since crawl space was all cleaned out & most of vapor barrier was in place, this was not an issue. Once additional vapor barrier came in, team came out and finished project. Sean did indicate that some of our bricks are holding water and we may need an additional drainage system installed to handle this water. We are going to move our gutter drainage away from house to see if this corrects this issue but if it doesn't we will contact Hitman Solutions to come out and install that system. We found Nick & Sean to be very good at returning calls and communicating with us. Installation team were pleasant, cleaned up area nicely and were very respectful of our house while coming in & out during the project being completed. Would recommend Hitman Solutions as a good option if you have any issues with your crawl space and/or basement.

Dell and his team recently installed a basement water proofing system, new sump pit and pump in our basement. Dell gave a detailed explanation of their system, the process to install it and a detailed written estimate outlining the cost and scope of work. They worked with our schedule and on the day of the job, his team arrived on time, and took great care in hanging plastic sheeting barriers, floor coverings and plastic covering to protect our home and belongings. They went right to work and completed the job in an efficient and professional manor. When they were finished, they cleaned up the work area and you would not have known they were there except for the new drain system and sump pit. We are very satisfied with the communication Dell provided throughout the process and the quality of work his team did. We would recommend Hitman Solutions to anyone needing foundation and waterproofing services!

In anticipation of listing our home, I wanted a crawl space inspection. From the initial appointment to questions afterwards, everyone at Hitman was friendly and professional. The technician who inspected the crawl went beyond inspecting to helping us out by reattaching the dryer vent that had come loose and was venting everything into the crawl space. After the inspection our conversation about options was pleasant with no high pressure sales. I really appreciated the genuine care they have for their customer. This is the best value for the quality of work you will find. Hire this company now! Dell provides the best customer service I have even encountered. The quality of their work is second to none. I have used them twice and both times they have exceeded my expectations. My basements are clean and dry and they were anything but before their work. I would use them again.
