The initial lawyer that I was referred to ended up not being a good fit, but the firm switched me to different lawyer that has been excellent. This was my first entitlement project and they walked me through the process including recommending a quality survey and engineering firm. Highly recommend.

Recently attended the Condo & HOA Jeopardy course presented by Kevin Hirzel! I have to admit I was a bit intimidated because I am not a "game-type" of person. However, the way Kevin presented was a very clever way to educate and super fun! It refreshed prior information and made it easy to retain new info! Heck I even answered a few questions! Loved it! Thanks Kevin! I'm ready for the next round! Update: In addition to education services to keep our managers up to date on Federal and State Law updates, Hirzel Law provides extensive legal support for our HOA clients in a timely and professional manner. This firm does not represent the best interests of their clients. In my case, they selectively supported one rogue board member and completely ignored what is best for the association as a whole. Very unprofressional and don't return phone calls - even when they email that they will call you back. Wish it would let me give them 0 stars!
