I would like to thank Adam and his team at Hills Storage Rouse Hill. The facility was very secure and clean and I did not experience a single issue the whole time I was there. They were reasonably priced and did not up the fee over the extended period my stuff was held there. Highly recommend you use this facility for all your storage needs.

We needed a small storage unit for a few months and the team at Hills Storage couldn't have been more helpful. From the moment we went in and enquired, to the time we vacated, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The facility is clean, easy to access, with simple to use equipment. The price was reasonable and we would certainly use them again if we needed storage space.

The best experience one could ever imagine one would have with a storage facility. Free moving truck or a Ute for a day, free trailers and reclaimed used moving boxes for cheap. The staff especially Kelly and Deborah, were unbelievably helpful. One couldn't ask for more!

Our business has enjoyed the use of an incredible local service at the Hills Self Storage, Rouse Hill. We have used them on 2 different occasions over the past few years for an extended period of time for our business storage. We required units to suit specific access and capacity needs and as always, Adam and the very friendly staff have always been able to support these needs for our business. We sourced all our packaging materials for our personal house move from Adam and he was extremely insightful on the products I needed and the quantities. The packaged deals are very competitive!! Adam is an incredible problem solver, extremely knowledgeable and generous with his support if we ever needed it. He’s a fantastic asset to this place. Highly recommend! The team is incredibly professional and supportive. It’s a genuine Australian local business that cares about its customers. Since we were first-timers using self-service storage, all the staff were very patient and gave us plenty of useful advice. We also got a move-in truck for free and a discount for the first 3 months! To top it off, on our big move day the owner helped us resolve an issue though we reached out for support after office hours. We couldn't be happier with the provided service!
