Our experience with boiler service was exceptional. We were able to talk to a real person which actually worked at the business and quickly get a service appointment. Michael, the service technician was super pleasant and considerate. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose our unique problem in a professional manner. We were very thankful to get a respectful, knowledgeable, pleasant person in this day and age. Five stars for Michael. Job well done. Thank you!

Our heating system failed early this morning when the condensation drain hose froze because of the cold. That made us very cold! But Hillside had someone at our door within three hours. He rerouted the hose and got the system running again, and us warm again, in about an hour. We very much appreciate the quick service on a very cold morning!

The serviceman Darren that came to my house today to service and clean my heater was great! Very informative, thorough and did a great job cleaning the system and then changed my filter while he was here.

Michael did the annual tune-up on my furnace today. He arrived with an upbeat positive attitude. He did a fantastic job, he was proficient and efficient in performing the task at hand. I particularly appreciated how friendly he was, he even took the time to pet my dog and give her a dog cookie. He is a perfect fit for the Hillside family!

Another excellent experience with Hillside Heating & Cooling. Hillside has installed both Mitsubishi Ductless and Bosch Heat Pump systems for us.
The entire process was perfect.
The office was prompt and courteous.
The design and proposal with Jerry was refreshing and dovetailed perfectly with the office and installers.
The install team led by Jason (Justin, Ryan, George, Sean, and Patrick) are very experienced and knowledgeable - able to adjust to a variety of building structure idiosyncrasies.

On 8/11/25 I contacted Hillside for the first time due to an AC problem. They promptly sent a knowledgeable technician, Tom Odell, who immediately found the problem and repaired it. Highly recommend Hillside for their honesty and integrity.
