We’re sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied, as that is never the experience we aim to provide.

We made several attempts to locate your service in our system using your first name, last name, and common variations (including Robert), but we were unable to find a matching record. We also document every job with before-and-after photos and maintain detailed service logs.

For transparency, we’d like to clarify our standard operating procedures. We only perform services with a two-person team. If one detailer is unable to make it and our on-call detailer is unavailable, one of the owners goes out with the technician to ensure the appointment is completed properly. If both detailers were to call out, both owners go out on route to complete the scheduled jobs. There should never be a situation where a single person is detailing a vehicle alone.

One of our highest non-negotiable standards is showing up on time for every scheduled appointment. We do not miss appointments. The only time an appointment is adjusted is due to weather conditions (such as rain) and only at the customer’s request.

If a concern arises during the service, our team is trained to correct it immediately. Customers are asked to quality-check the vehicle before payment, and our team continues touch-ups until the customer signs off that they are satisfied. We do not offer discounts for unfinished work; our focus is always on completing the job correctly on-site.

Additionally, all customers receive a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If anything is noticed after the appointment, we will return at no charge to make it right. This guarantee is explained at the end of every detail.
